I just waited 20 mintues for a double cheese burger watching them while utensils off on the trash can and use them for food waited 5 more mintues for a refund no they weren't busy

Ordered a Whopper. When it finally arrived it was cold. Waited a long time for food 15+ minutes. There were 4 people in the restaurant. No customers in the drive thru. When we left there were no workers that could be seen at the register, the drive thru, or in the food prep area. Based on my experience I will avoid this Burger King from now on. Wow…

Inside was closed on 12/7/25 at 3:45pm. Two employees taking dab rips in their car parked by the front door. Can’t take customers but you can smoke pot? Save some time and don’t come here

Literally every single item was wrong. Called them right away and they had an attitude. Said I have to bring every single item and receipt back with me, which I did. When I arrived to get my correct order with receipts they were so nasty and pretty much threw my food at me.

Good food, service was fast and really nice, order was correct and hot. If you are a BK fan then this is the place. Not every BK is good or correct, but this BK is always on point.

Placed breakfast order on 8/20/25 through app. Arrived at store and there was one car ahead of me. They drove off after waiting for at least five minutes, and then I pulled up. No response from drive thru speaker, so I left and subsequently requested a credit through the app. There were no signs posted in the drive thru, nor on the main doors.

I noticed this morning 8/25/25 that they again appeared to be closed during breakfast hours.

No one working the drive-through pulled up to the window. Everybody’s talking back not doing anything. Find a different Burger King.

I just went for an icee and had to wait in drive-thru over 15 minutes before my order was even taken. They said they were short staffed, shame on management 😕 this was 2:30pm on a Saturday.
