Not a bad little pizza place. They have a couple daily specials.
The youge lady taking my order was freindly and helpful, and always seemed to have a smile on. The pizza I got was a Med Deluxe (lunch and dinner), pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red and green peppers, and it tasted good. I like how they cut their pizzas in the small squares, eat to eat.
They weren't busy when I got there, so I had a pick of where to sit, plus they the TV had old Price is Right episodes showing.
Only complaint was that when a customer came in to pick up a to-go order, they told them it will be a minute (normal), then when they brought it out the customer was on the phone and the older guy that had the order said something to them and when they didn't react fast enough the guy knocked twice on the counter like he was doing the customer a favor.
Overall I would go back for the friendliness of the lady taking my order but would have to be very attentive if I got a to-go order.

Our pizza arrived nearly 30 minutes later than the estimated time, which is completely unacceptable. When I called to address the delay, I spoke with Jarred, whose behavior was not only unprofessional but outright rude. His dismissive attitude made it clear that customer service is not a priority for this business.
Given this experience, we will not be ordering from this establishment again, and we will be advising others in the community to take their business elsewhere. Reliable service and basic respect for customers should not be too much to ask.

I went to Cassanos tonight for a carry out and I told the lady when ordering I really wanted some garlic and asked if I could get some extra garlic somehow on the pizza. she said they only have that on the hand tossed but they are out of the hand tossed (this is after I ordered the thin crust) and I said “oh” and she said but I can put that on there for you. and I said “yay thank you!” I want an order of garlic bread too and she said I was going to suggest that, it’s really good. so I paid and came back in and they gave me a little cup garlic to dip my pizza & bread in which was SO nice! they greeted me as soon as I walked in both times and said have a good night when I left. this pizza was SO good omg the flavors and the salt on the bottom YUM! i’m not sure how anyone has a bad review when I come here about once a month and am always greeted and everything is always great. thank you all for making this delicious pizza so perfect and all the garlic perfection!

Ordered 45mins in advance, show up and the child behind the counter said “oh, sorry, didn’t see this one, be about 45mins” went to the Jets on yankee and my Oder was done in 30mins, zero stars
As regular customers we were highly disappointed with customer service. We ordered 2 fountain drinks and a pizza but the fountain drink wanted was not working. No big deal, however, when ask for a refund since I did not want anything else we were given some stupid comment about paying for the cup ($3.29) (she was very rude) so I ask if I could just have a bottle of root beer since it was the same price they told us no. They said they had to call the call center to process refund. What happened to common sense? And what happen to making the customer happy? Probably won't go back because of how we were treated.

Man I got a pizza today that was the best cassanos I've ever had. Good job! I choose this location over all the others around. The store is always clean the pizza is always good and the people are friendly.

Grew up on Cassano's Pizza until I joined the service.. Stopped in once in awhile when in area. Haven't had Cassano's in 15 years.. Today's was awesome. Gotta be in the area more!!
