Ordered for pickup while in line at Cascade car wash down the road. They had my order ready right on time, everything was correct including the sides, the person at pickup was friendly and smiled and the food was delicious. Couldn't ask for more!

There were multiple issues with the experience at this chipotle this evening. The most significant issue was the cleanliness of the facility itself. Each table, floor, and surface appeared not to have been cleaned for the entirety the day; food, and trash everywhere. They were out of tomato’s, and all of the food was dry and had to of been sitting out for quite some time. The fountain drink machine was out of multiple sodas. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Only one person was working the front while the other three employees were standing around in the back of the store. When things were brought to their attention, a lackadaisical eye roll was the only response noted. Lastly, the bills were rang up incorrectly. This was the most dismal experience that I have had a a chipotle, and I will never return to this location again.

Usually never have a problem with this location, but I haven’t visited it in years. I am pregnant and was looking forward to my meal Everything was great until I noticed pieces of paper in my food and now everybody is just paper. Paid 20 bucks in total just for some disappointment and worries.

The issue I experienced was the lack of lettuce as they were out. I ordered the steak bowl and allwent other ingredients were very good. I wanted a receipt and was told the printer wasn't working. The place was clean and the employees were very nice and the line went quickly.

Came by this location for Veteran's Day Deal.. And amazing customer service. The chicken was a lot on the salty side. Still worth a try if you are in the area based on service.

This location is terrible. I used to order food from here all the time but that stops now. I ordered a CHICKEN burrito through the app today and I got my order delivered through door dash. I got about 1/4 of the way through the burrito and there was no NO CHICKEN IN IT! Seriously?! This is ridiculous. Half the time I order chips and guac for my daughter and I either don't get the chips, or I don't get the guac. I will going to the Chipotle in Liberty from now on because this location obviously doesn't give a shit.

Once again, its 9:25 PM, this restaurant closes at 11PM, and NO cheese. Pretty sure they were out of brown rice as well. This is becoming a reoccurring pattern. I've been in this location as early as 8PM, when they were out product. The last 4 out of 5 times, they have been out of a major ingredient or two. Rice, sour cream, cheese, etc. This location has lost money from me not ordering due to missing ingredients, I'm sure there are others as well.

To the Attention of the New CEO,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and ongoing disappointment with what has consistently been the most poorly managed Chipotle location I’ve ever encountered. The Monroe, OH store routinely runs out of essential ingredients—an issue that has persisted for years with no apparent improvement. If sales at this location have declined, I assure you this is a primary reason why.

It is absolutely unacceptable for a high-traffic store—especially one located near major attractions like the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and Traders World—to be out of key menu items as early as 8:00 PM on a Friday or Saturday evening. This points to a serious and ongoing failure in operational planning, inventory management, and basic staff training.

Whoever has been responsible for ordering and management at this location over the past two years clearly lacks the understanding and responsiveness required to meet even the most predictable levels of customer demand. The lack of alignment with local peak traffic times is baffling, especially considering how easy it is to anticipate when this town experiences a rush.

Frankly, I don’t work for your company, and yet I have a better grasp on when your busiest hours are than the team that’s being paid to know. That’s a problem. I can tel tou with certainty that I now actively avoid this location, opting instead to visit the West Chester or Middletown stores for a more reliable experience. I'm sure I am not the only resident that feels this way.

This situation reflects poorly on your brand and demands immediate attention. A reassessment of management, supply protocols, and employee training at this store is long overdue.
