Once again, its 9:25 PM, this restaurant closes at 11PM, and NO cheese. Pretty sure they were out of brown rice as well. This is becoming a reoccurring pattern. I've been in this location as early as 8PM, when they were out product. The last 4 out of 5 times, they have been out of a major ingredient or two. Rice, sour cream, cheese, etc. This location has lost money from me not ordering due to missing ingredients, I'm sure there are others as well.

To the Attention of the New CEO,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and ongoing disappointment with what has consistently been the most poorly managed Chipotle location I’ve ever encountered. The Monroe, OH store routinely runs out of essential ingredients—an issue that has persisted for years with no apparent improvement. If sales at this location have declined, I assure you this is a primary reason why.
It is absolutely unacceptable for a high-traffic store—especially one located near major attractions like the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and Traders World—to be out of key menu items as early as 8:00 PM on a Friday or Saturday evening. This points to a serious and ongoing failure in operational planning, inventory management, and basic staff training.
Whoever has been responsible for ordering and management at this location over the past two years clearly lacks the understanding and responsiveness required to meet even the most predictable levels of customer demand. The lack of alignment with local peak traffic times is baffling, especially considering how easy it is to anticipate when this town experiences a rush.
Frankly, I don’t work for your company, and yet I have a better grasp on when your busiest hours are than the team that’s being paid to know. That’s a problem. I can tel tou with certainty that I now actively avoid this location, opting instead to visit the West Chester or Middletown stores for a more reliable experience. I'm sure I am not the only resident that feels this way.
This situation reflects poorly on your brand and demands immediate attention. A reassessment of management, supply protocols, and employee training at this store is long overdue.

Surprised by the small portion sizes on everything scooped into the bowl . The reason I gave 1 star is because of the quality of the food and portion sizes in correlation to the price. The guacamole cost additional $2.70 they spoon tiny amount on the spoon and divide into two separate drops on each of the bowls. So maybe I got a 1/2 spoonful at the most for that cost which is way too much for the quality of the guacamole now days. The ingredient add lime juice to it which is way too much liquid for the amount of avocado in the mix. It is runny and has zero flavor. Thin consistency not like before when it was real guacamole thick and flavorful. I do not care to pay extra for things but I want my moneys worth when I do. I won't be visiting any Chipotle's locations after this. I could have made triple the amount of food at home and cost less than two bowls with guacamole and 2 drinks did. The staff were wonderful and did their jobs extremely well. No issues with any of that. Disappointed in how much they have changed in the last 4 years .

Done with chipotle after this. Also couldn’t figure out how to enter this restaurant ended up going through the side door. Place looked like a tornado went through here. Every table was disgusting the drinks were all messed up and gross. The line and back of house were trashed and ever trash can full. Understaffed and no one wanted to work. Chipotle needs to pay more and make their employees care again. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and hearing them tell everyone they were almost out of everything, we left…. Never again

This is probably the worst location I have been too. Customer service is nonexistent, the countertops are filthy, second time they have been out of items and overall the place is just not well kept on the inside. Will not be returning!
CONSISTENTLY OUT OF FAJITA VEGGIES. Why? It's 200 in the afternoon. This is poor planning and is a constant issue. Finally reporting to Corporate. Vegan or carnivore. If it is on the menu, you should have it available!

At best, if ordering online, you will get 1/3 of the food and it will never be right! I have given them too many chances at this point. My advice is go to a different location. Springboro, west Chester, Middletown are all better than the Monroe location.
