This is probably the worst location I have been too. Customer service is nonexistent, the countertops are filthy, second time they have been out of items and overall the place is just not well kept on the inside. Will not be returning!

At best, if ordering online, you will get 1/3 of the food and it will never be right! I have given them too many chances at this point. My advice is go to a different location. Springboro, west Chester, Middletown are all better than the Monroe location.

The past couple times we have been here they are out of everything. They are supposed to be open until 11 but have nothing. Today went in at 8:30 and they were already cleaning up like they were closing. Probably were since they had nothing.

First time ever visiting a Chipotle. Food was OK but Moe's southwest grill is so much better and Moe's gives free chips and salsa.
7:30 at night and open till 11pm literally out of lettuce cheese pico guacamole there was more but can remember ,so when i asked hey since you have nothing to put in my bowl i usually get i asked hey can ya throw some queso on there for free since ya don't have anything said no against company policy come on isn't it against policy to not order all the ingredients your suppose to carry ,it's not that hard , do better ,people walk here ,drive here, i'd been pissed if i did an online order to get basically nothing ,if your out of everything then shut it down why put customers through all the hopes and dreams of getting what they usually order

Messed up my order. Out of ingredients. Left my food on the other side of the counter where I had to bag it myself as they watched. I was glad to be out of there when my food was ready and don't plan to return.

Absolutely disappointing went in the @ 8:00 pm and got a bowl and there was no brown rice, no beans, no steak, no chicken all that was available was spicy chicken There was no queso cheese no lettuce and no vegetables very sad. Also my chicken was stone cold the whole meal/ experience was very disappointing won’t be recommending or returning to this location!!!!!!!

I was going to wait at a dirty table (none were clean) but instead I'll go to another Chipotle. Come on Chipotle do better, I was willing to wait

I always order from this place, it used to be great, i just ordered from the chipotle app and ordered extra sour cream, extra corn, extra cheese. i got none of that… i also ordered queso on the side and never got that. paying 25 dollars for that is terrible. do better

I got a chicken bowl extra chicken fajitas. The chicken tasted raw, the veggies have a soap or chemical taste and the place was not clean behind the station. I will not be back here! I didn’t even eat what I bought it tasted so bad like chemicals! I’ve never been to a chipotle with that taste!! I wasted 15$!! Service was ehhh not great poor girl on register was her first day and she was asking for help and kepted being brushed off like she was bothering them! The 2 stars for service was for the new girl. Other than that my first time at this location has scared me away forever!
