The crew at Culver's did a great job today. The clerk at the order desk was cheerful, well dressed & helpful with ordering. The food was delivered to our table quickly, and everything was just as we ordered. The place was clean & well equipped.

I ordered double butter burger basket & got a side of bacon extra extra crispy, cannot eat bacon chewy at all & love some crispy bacon on my burger. I’ve been able to get it crispy 1 time & that was when I took it back & had it recooked. The manager took my order & she had it right, guess the disconnect is the tickets being read correctly, although they got the toppings on my burger correct. Just can never seem to cook the bacon right smh It’s basically 2.70 for 2 pieces of bacon & if it’s sent back then my burger is cold but the bacon crispy. Didn’t have the time to wait on them to recook it & wanted my burger hot. Lil frustrating tho that I can never get crispy bacon cooked at Culver’s unless I send it back to be recooked!

Service is great, employees are always friendly and attentive. Food is reasonably good, lots of greasy/fried options, wish they had more lower calorie options. Ice cream/custard is just to die for. One of my favorites, way better than Rita’s custard.
