Karan was beyond amazing. We came with 3 little kids all 3 and under. He helped us so much and even helped us tremendously in choosing what to order.
I could go on and on of what a great experience Karan has made this for us!!!!’n

Very messy place. Was told the dining room was closed after ordering our icecream. Locked out, no napkins, no garbage can outside, table and chairs were nasty.

My daughter got chicken strips. Personally, I'm not a chicken strip or nugget person, but I tried one of her's and it was really good. My only issue is were it's located as the traffic in that area is horrific.

I ordered a chicken finger basket through the drive-thru at 12:00 on Friday there were two vehicles in front of me. When I got my food the fries were cold the toast was rubbery the chicken was warm the gravy was ice cold like it came out of the refrigerator

This is the Monroe, Ohio Dairy Queen that we frequent, and it is because their food is always fresh, and the service is friendly and genuine. We will keep going back to this Dairy Queen!

Wow! We called to check hours before went to the restaurant since today was Easter Sunday. We were told they they were open until 9:30. We live only 7 minutes away so we easily made it there to dine in by 8:00 pm. The young ladies behind the counter were friendly and gave us great service. All of the sudden a gentleman with a very heavy accent started yelling at everyone. I could not even tell who his tirade was directed towards. We finished our meals, and returned to the counter to collect the sundae we already paid for with a combo meal and ordered two more blizzards. Food and service by the young ladies was great again, even though the tirade continued. We noticed a reaction from the workers as he continued to yell. Fast forward to 8:40, when the loud, OBNOXIOUS man directed his yelling towards us, basically kicking us out—as he was walking towards us in the dining room. The only words we could make out was something to the effect that they were closing because he wanted to go home…or something like that. I also would like to point out that the loud, obnoxious man was behind the counter, making orders with open toed flip flops on. Disgusting. He needs to find a way to express his thoughts towards another grown man with his family, other than yelling. Unacceptable. Again, we were told the restaurant was open until 9:30 pm and it was not even 8:45 pm. This was a poor excuse of human man being, let alone a “man.” Shame on him. I don’t care what anyone says, or anyone does, I will NEVER return to this establishment. This man seemed to be a manager or even the owner of the franchise…? At any rate, he tried to be a bully and demonstrated that he is no more than an unstable, impotent fool that doesn’t need to be in the restaurant business. Shame on Dairy Queen if he is one of your franchisees.

Was asked to leave dining room 45 minutes before closing by the manager that was wearing flip flops. Feel bad for the employees because that man was extremely rude.UPDATE: Owner was the one that asked us to leave (very rudely even though no one was even attempting to clean the dining room so we were in no way hindering their closing process as he claimed we were doing). He basically yelled at a table of teenagers one table over from us who were also finishing their food. Would have been glad to leave had it been in a nicer manner since we were not aware the dining room closed earlier than the drive thru. I work in fast food myself so I understand the struggle but this was unacceptable and the only experience I have had at a restaurant worthy of writing a review. Based on his response to this post, I assume he thinks this is the proper way of speaking to customers. I would also like to reiterate, the man was working in FLIP FLOPS which is not acceptable or safe in a restaurant.

I will never return to this location!!! Me an a friend of mine just went through the drive through an got 6 things off the 2 for 5 which should of been 15.00 plus tax so he reads back my order an says 2 fries but know drinks I proceeded to explain my order an that the drive thru attendant got my order all the way wrong!!! So he tells me in order to get my drinks I have to give the extra fries back!!! Ok!!! Fine!!! But instead of throwing them away he puts them back in with all the other fries in the fry bin!!! Remind you I just got off work an hadn’t washed my hands!!! “Nasty” So needless to say I will never be back to Monroe Dairy Queen a will contact the health department!!!!
