Multiple times now the app tells me the order is ready, I get there and they havent started my order yet, making me wait an additional 10-15 after my pick up time. The GM is sometimes by himself, other times hes surrounded by employees, yet my order keeps getting forgotten about. Im pretty sure the GM recognizes me because of our conversations about the service. Pizza taste fine though, but they cant get it on time it seems.

10/10. i live in middletown and i will always go out of my way to this location because ive never once had an ounce of negative or bad energy from here. perfect customer service and my pizza was always crispy and warm. i couldnt reccomend a place better!!!!

Got the New York style crust with sausage, green Olives, and banana peppers. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in quite awhile. And delivery was prompt, pizza hot.
Would I get it again? OH YEA.

Very disappointed in the portion of pasta i got. I order 3 5 cheese pasta's and the bowl is empty on all 3 and not cheesy. Got a small single layer.

I have always had a good experience with this dominos in Monroe Ohio . If Dominos pizza šŸ• is the type of pizza you like definitely give the Monroe Ohio store a try my orders are always correct and fresh and hot right out of the oven, but I always choose to do carryout and pick it up through their drive thru window .

The hoagie was over cooked. The bun was less than half the normal width. This photo was on a 6.5 inch plate. Not worth the cost.

Waited around for several minutes while all of the workers talked amongst each other and acted like they didn’t see me even though they were looking at me the entire time!! Then they waited on other customers first even though I was there longer. It wasn’t until I spoke up that they finally waited on me!! Pizza was under cooked and gooey! By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had!! Horrible customer service! I don’t know how they stay in business! Don’t waste your money here!

One of my favorites is the mushroom steak hoagie. Unfortunately you cannot order extra sauce on the app so it is usually dry. I asked to buy an extra cup of mushroom sauce, as I always do upon pick-up, and the young man behind the counter would not sell it to me. He lied and told me that it contains raw eggs rather than let me pay for extra sauce on the sandwich or on the side. I will order Domino's again, I like them, but I won't order my favorite thing from this location.

Not only did the dude on the phone screw up royally, I got THREE phone calls in attempt to fix his mistake, and still got no food!!! Just redirected to a different dominos, which was out of my delivery zone. It’s crazy that three separate people couldn’t fix this guys mistake and their solution was just to push the order onto another place, which was still incorrect. This place can’t be run by anyone with any sort of common sense. No concern to correct their mistake, just a quick sorry and a new phone number. No compensation, no food, and not happy.
