Very disappointed in the portion of pasta i got. I order 3 5 cheese pasta's and the bowl is empty on all 3 and not cheesy. Got a small single layer.

I have always had a good experience with this dominos in Monroe Ohio . If Dominos pizza š is the type of pizza you like definitely give the Monroe Ohio store a try my orders are always correct and fresh and hot right out of the oven, but I always choose to do carryout and pick it up through their drive thru window .

The hoagie was over cooked. The bun was less than half the normal width. This photo was on a 6.5 inch plate. Not worth the cost.

Waited around for several minutes while all of the workers talked amongst each other and acted like they didnāt see me even though they were looking at me the entire time!! Then they waited on other customers first even though I was there longer. It wasnāt until I spoke up that they finally waited on me!! Pizza was under cooked and gooey! By far the worst pizza Iāve ever had!! Horrible customer service! I donāt know how they stay in business! Donāt waste your money here!

One of my favorites is the mushroom steak hoagie. Unfortunately you cannot order extra sauce on the app so it is usually dry. I asked to buy an extra cup of mushroom sauce, as I always do upon pick-up, and the young man behind the counter would not sell it to me. He lied and told me that it contains raw eggs rather than let me pay for extra sauce on the sandwich or on the side. I will order Domino's again, I like them, but I won't order my favorite thing from this location.
Not only did the dude on the phone screw up royally, I got THREE phone calls in attempt to fix his mistake, and still got no food!!! Just redirected to a different dominos, which was out of my delivery zone. Itās crazy that three separate people couldnāt fix this guys mistake and their solution was just to push the order onto another place, which was still incorrect. This place canāt be run by anyone with any sort of common sense. No concern to correct their mistake, just a quick sorry and a new phone number. No compensation, no food, and not happy.

Let me start off by saying, not the worse experience just felt it should be heard. Ordered online and patient at the pickup window. I genuinely understand the lack of and loss of employees in some places. I waited just a couple minutes at the window. Once someone came to the window, he was in a rush to get me my food ,sounds like he was maybe working alone or low staff... Handed it to me, I thanked him.. pulled off... I got close to turning onto the main road when I decided to check my food. The sandwich didn't appear to have any condiments but I asked for Mushroom sauce.. since it was cut into half, I looked at the other side also, and I did see a little on side 2. Would've been too dry to eat so I pulled back around. Young man came, I politely said, may I have a small cup of mushroom sauce? He said its not something he can give me, it's cooked in it.. although I was confused, I said so can you take the sandwich and put it on there, he said yes. And it appeared he did. As this was happening, I checked my second box which was a order of hot wings. They looked very light in color and no sauce.. was odd though because the parchment paper had a little sauce on it. I briefly thought maybe the Wings taste hot versus being saucy. I didn't bother saying anything with the current situation and the lack of customer service, not to mention his facial expressions.. again, this is probably because he was rushing. I left... got home and decided after biting into one wing that I would put them back in the oven, my oven. They weren't spicy at all. The pic added is after heating on foil in the oven. I dipped them in my ranch, and went about my evening. They were plain. Almost appeared that my box was previously used by some wings that did have sauce... idk... idk if there's a condiment/sauce crisis but that's what I experienced
