This is the slowest and worst customer service Dunkin’ I have ever visited. We were told they’d be with us in a minute and it was over 10 minutes and the one girl was on her cell phone talking the whole time she was making coffee. They catered to the drive through and seemed to forget the people who came into the store. We walked out with 6 other customers. We love Dunkin but not the Monroe location.
The absolute best customer service. SO grateful for this location and their workers! 🧡💕
