We had a party of 16 coming in for a friend’s birthday. So I called when they opened to reserve some tables for us. This was at about 11:30am on 11/28/25. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and put off a vibe that made me not want to give this place our business. So we took our large party to another establishment. Your business lost out in revenue because your staff don’t know how to be polite when answering the phone. I believe she said “there’s not even a band tonight” as a response to my simple request for tables being reserved. A simple “we don’t usually do reservations” would have been fine. Thanks for nothing Froggy’s. We will never be back.

The food offerings are consistent with a bar / grill, like potato skins, cheese sticks and cheeseburgers. Service was hard to get becauae they are short staffed, but they did have a live band the night I was there

It took 20 minutes for a bartender to even acknowledge me. My husband played two rounds of darts before we even got our drink order taken. They weren't busy. I am a bartender and I understand when your busy it taking a minute, but they weren't busy and they could have at least acknowledged i was sitting at the bar.
