The second order was over an hour late again and when I called the driver said he handed it to the guy in the front lobby. I said no you didn’t because I was standing in the front lobby over an hour. He doubled down and said he delivered it. Avoid this location at all costs

It’s wrong to not let your customers know that you’re outsourcing their delivery order to Uber Eats, especially since it adds 40 minutes to the delivery time and you advertise that you’re “freaky fast”

I was really disappointed with my last experience with jimmy John’s. I had a sandwich and fountain drink delivered and when the drink arrived, there was an open straw already inserted into the cup… I called the store to ask if this was typical with delivery and I was told “ sometimes they do.” I was extremely disgusted and did not drink what I paid for because I was unsure if someone had drank out my cup before me. All I was offered was a 3 dollar credit that I don’t think he was originally going to offer since he didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned… Absolutely do not recommend delivering from there.

Missing items from online order - staff not friendly & it seemed like they were totally annoyed when I asked about items- also sandwiches not made to order - which we found out once we arrived home - bad enough we will not go to this location again!

I was here at 8:18pm on 1/2/25 and was told that they ran out of everything as this young man stands there cleaning and when I pulled up he was at the table on his phone. The store is to close at 9pm very disappointing

I ordered a sub for delivery and when order was taken I was not informed they had no Drivers , it took well over an hour and a half to deliver food and they still charged my card and kept the $5 tip Lunchtime was over when food finally arrived

Stinks I have to do a 1 star review, but ever since they switched to using uber for delivery, our order is always messed up somehow or takes way too long to be delivered. I just got a call asking if I got my delivery yet and we have not. So I was told they will remake it and send it again. That was 25 mins ago I made the order. Always great service other than this.

The service was terrible. The staff was absolutely miserable and argumentative. Even quite demeaning too. I was so mad at the oriental kid there. He was such a little jerk. You’re better off just waiting until reaching your next destination to get something to eat because you’ll be greatly disappointed here. Only gave one start because I had to give something,
