Service was horrible. Only let certain people in, & when I finally got in treated me like I was an idiot for trying to order a little John. Demeaning and disrespectful. Didn’t even end up ordering bc of how I was treated for I wanted to get to eat.

I have been ordering from Jimmy John's since they opened in Monroe. Several box meals for team sports, birthday parties, etc. Today I ordered a #5 online which is the Italian. I picked up the sandwich on my way back to work and opened up a sandwich with one slice of turkey on it. I wouldn't have even complained if it was at least a sandwich. Not being able to leave work I called to see if it could be delivered (still located in Monroe) Since it was already a pickup they would charge a delivery fee. So I used my gas to go pickup and then need to pay your delivery fee for your mistake? They just lost a loyal customer since the beginning.

As I walked into this establishment, I was stunned on how clean it was. Food was very yummers. But when I went to take a leak, I saw this. Absolutely Unacceptable.
The employees were very friendly and I especially loved the cleanliness and the atmosphere! (I love andy a lot and colby is big)

Great, clean location. Fast service. Flavorful sandwiches assuming you like them cold. My only issue (not limited to this location) is that since the pandemic Jimmy John's as a corporation seems to have cutback (probably by necessity) on their side offerings. This means that they have a very limited selection of chips/cookies every time that I go now. Again, not limited to this location, just worth noting.
