This store for the last few years has declined drastically since 2006 when we moved here. Lack of proper staffing as a fault of the store’s personal fixation on unnecessary cut backs despite the customer’s, needs and desires. It’s time the management gets away from there offices does the grunt work, fills in for the staff they discarded and get rid of the this fetish with self scans overload and scanner carts; get regular registers back, keep the stock up without the typical overused cliche’ we are waiting on the truck. Give me a break. And the come back another day for the truck, are you kidding me. Another thing, lose the Walmart checkout design, if I’m coming to Kroger paying their premium prices. I should get more service than Walmart. Even Aldi has the Great customer service to check there customers out with a smile on there face without issue. It’s funny too how when we go to DLM Dorothy Lane Market they have a multitude of friendly cashiers, great quality and baggers all throughout, stockers and management as well very happy to serve the customer. The bit of extra cost works out fine when you are treated as a customer worth their time.

all kinds of things outdated items treat customers like crap I worked at Kroger for 29yrs and was terminated after a lie so I do not recommend Kroger at all a shop HEB or FIESTA those are my stores

usually a great experience. At the moment we have been waiting for almost an hour for our clicklist order and our dinner is now cold. what is going on kroger?

Customer service desk, Mary is not helpful. I was charged $22 for 5 apples thru clicklist and she argued with me that this was correct. I asked if I could have my apples and I would go thru checkout to see what cost should be, she finally let co-worker weigh them and guess what? should have been $4.32. Wow Mary was wrong. She rolled her eyes and had disgusted look. She did not try to help me at all. I will never return to Monroe Kroger again as long as she is allowed to be at service desk

The pharmacy here is the worse ran pharmacy I've ever seen. No one knows anything... They always have to order the medicine even though it common prescriptions. Take my advice and go elsewhere!
Hard to figure out when fresh bagels are put out. I've been there at 6:00 am and as late as late as 9:00 am. Either they sell out or I'm just missing them.
