I never have a good experience at this location. They are always slow, even when there’s no one in the drive thru or in the actual restaurant itself.
Today, I sat through the drive thru and waited my turn as they were busy I get that. However, I sat at speaker to order, and the car in the opposite lane that had not been on line as long, had their order taken before mine. No one even acknowledged I was in the drive thru line. I pulled out of the line and will never go back to this McDonald’s again.

Came in on April 4th at 2:15 p.m. order 61. As if being charged incorrectly wasn't bad enough and my coffee being made wrong I also got food poisoning from the McDouble I ordered. The type of food poisoning is Clostridium. This is typically found in large batches of meat kept in warmers or water baths that are below the minimum safe temp. Considering this was the only meat I had yesterday, I'm pretty positive where I got the food poisoning. The burgers did taste like they had sat in salt water, but I wasn't going to be home for quite a while and I did not have time to return so I thought I would just get over the taste. I have hardly left the bathroom since yesterday afternoon and I'm cursing your McDonald's to no end, and I won't be returning.

Travis needs a raise!!! He is so kind and helpful everytime he takes my order. Please I hope the owner or corporate sees this. He is seriously amazing
I know first hand how very hard it is to work in a McCrapalds myself, but my hot chocolate is literally just hot milk. There is no chocolate flavor in my hot chocolate. Nor is their whipped cream or chocolate drizzle like it advertises on the app. I have been handed hot milk covered by a coffee cup lid. Id bet money they poured hot milk in my cup and then handed it right to me.

Unfortunately 1 of the better McDonalds was having a bad day, multiple no shows for work and the few that did show up were new employees with little experience and we hit the dinner rush, your gonna have to pick up your game McDonalds if you want us to come back
