Since moving to Ohio, Penn Station has been my go to for sandwiches but the Monroe location is just not it. Fries were indeed not fresh and so hard that they may as well be stale. I asked for my sandwich to exclude mayo, they verbalized no mayo, the ticket says no mayo, yet it came with what looks like an inch layer of mayo spread. Definitely will be going to Potbelly instead.

The guy who is the new griller Red shirt supervisor, makes the thinnest worse sandwiches. Get him out of the store. It wasn’t a fluke either. Been there on more than one occasion. Don’t order a Dagwood with all the meats, you will barely have meat on the sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches and they were not good.. Served on 12/1/24 afternoon. Note when others grill the food, no issues.

What a joke. Placed an online order for a sandwich and fries. I was running late to pick it up, 25 minutes later, after I had placed it and arrived, they still hadn't even dropped my fries. So, once I got there, they rushed around and the fries were awful. Then, I pull in to grab my sandwich, that falls through the bag and made a huge ass mess all in my car. I mean, come tf on, why was this not double wrapped?! Now I got vinegar and oil all throughout my driver seat. And my sandwich is nasty and the fries are ass. Not worth the money and the kids working there are incompetent

Too much parmesean on my sandwich, couldn't taste the rest of it. Only ate 1/4 of the sandwich. The fries weren't fresh. Good customer service.

Such a terrible experience !!! Running a promotion for WhoDey 24 after a Bengals win buy one get one. Spent almost 45 minutes of the website crashing or buffering finally gave up. Then tried again finally got thru and went to checkout and said can not take online orders at this time. So I decided to take my email promotion to the store and the guy said my manager turned off the feature for web orders. So how is that fair to the customer ? Why do a promotion if you can't honor it ? Why turn the feature off I understand you we're probably getting slammed bit then why have that deal only to turn down a paying customer. Won't be going back. Such a scam of a promotion. Multiple locations did not answer the phone and having website issues. Mis leading to the customer thinking their getting a good deal.

I placed an online order for the Monroe, OH location. The store never received my order. I offered my order confirmation, receipt and confirmed that my card had been charged. Robert, the GM, was very rude and accused me of trying to get free food. He didn't care that I had a receipt and didn't care to help me. Robert needs some coaching on better customer service skills. We WERE fans of Penn Station but Robert has ruined that. We will not be back.

This is our son's favorite place and we go there for his birthday. We ordered at a station and the menu was posted on the wall. Sides are limited. Our food was brought to the table. The staff was friendly. We cleared our table. The subs were huge and delicious, especially the bread.
