Lady who answered the phone was very nasty. I asked her how big their large pizzas were. She said the circumference is 14 inches. I said are you sure do you mean the diameter? And then she got angry because she didn’t know what the difference was and hung up on me rudely. Sorry you’re uneducated lady no need to take it out on me. Then I called back and another lady from the call center was rude also. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut dominos is better anyway. Be kind to people you never know what they’re going through.

I was hoping Pizza Hut would be good as I remembered from years ago. It was not. They apparently went the route of everyone else instead of staying true to their cozy atmosphere, pizza recipes that were delicious and their own style. The pop I ordered I had to get in a bottle cooler by myself. Not as good as a fountain drink at all. I can get a bottle of pop from any grocery store.
The dining room, if you can call it that, was more like a storeroom. It was dirty, very small, a couple pub height tables; was not the dining experience I hoped for.
The pizza was so-so. It filled me up. But nothing special. We ordered the New York style. Apparently that is just a name. It was not like a New York style -- which is thin, foldable, cheesy -- I have had. That Pizza Hut flavor was just not there, either. Neither was the atmosphere. It was all just an uncomfortable experience. Guess I wanted the comfortable, warm, inviting dining room I remembered. This was anything but. Too bad. Pizza Hut used to be special, inviting, comfortable, relaxing, and had a special pizza worth going out for. It was where you wanted to go for a night out, a pizza, and a drink. Those days are long gone, unfortunately.

The old fat lady working there in the afternoons was incredibly rude would not even acknowledge your presence when entering the restaurant. Then if you ask her any questions she give you that look signifying your wasting your time. Very rude and unprofessional. Plus she just looked dirty.

Forgot half my order. Called the store an hour later. They told me they were too busy. The guy reluctantly transferred me to the manager. I was hung up on twice.
