The old fat lady working there in the afternoons was incredibly rude would not even acknowledge your presence when entering the restaurant. Then if you ask her any questions she give you that look signifying your wasting your time. Very rude and unprofessional. Plus she just looked dirty.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. It was delivered and it was awful. There was cheese sticks inside the edge of the crust, it didn’t even melt. The crust was so hard you couldn’t even bite it. The vegetables was not chewable, they were like gum. I called this place and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Called back several times they didn’t even try to answer. They knew they sent a trash pizza to me. Their national customer service line is just as terrible. Called them and was offered a refund or 2 free large pizzas. I chose the refund, why would I want more terrible food. I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been about 3 weeks. If you want pizza skip this place, you’d do better off buying the ingredients and making it yourself. At least you would know how to melt the cheese.
I have never been to this location, I ordered a medium pizza ahead of time around 9 AM for a 12 PM pickup. I arrived at 11:54 AMAnd my pizza was almost ready. There was a woman working with lots of tattoos and she provided a VERY pleasant customer service experience from the pick-up window and I was on my way by 11:57!!

Pizza was not done ordered two different crust $7 deal pizzas and neither one of them were done on the bottom unfortunately I had to eat them to get by for the time being as work has been too busy for me to make time to prepare
Dined in with my 2 children . Entire restaurant smelled like Marijuana . So bad that I brought it to the staffs attention . Then the staff began to argue in the back as we dined in . A lady came out and gave us 2 free desserts for the smell and arguing .

By far the greatest pizza hut experience, I'm staying out of town for work (from Cleveland Ohio) the delivery was right on time, the driver was extremely friendly, the food was made to perfection, not a single complaint, back home where I come from good luck getting what you wanted, thank you to all the pizza hut employees
