I’ve visited this Popeyes location multiple times, and the customer service has consistently been disappointing. From the moment you walk in, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from staff. Every time I enter, it feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. On my most recent visit, I waited over 5 minutes before anyone asked if I had an order — and there was no hello, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing polite — just a dismissive attitude. It’s discouraging and does not reflect the level of service I expect from a national brand. I hope management addresses this issue so customers can feel respected and valued.

About two weeks ago, my family — along with another family we were traveling with — stopped at one of your locations just off I-75 while heading home from a trip to Kentucky. We decided to grab dinner at Popeyes, expecting the usual good experience we've had in the past. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t go so well.
When we walked in, the restaurant was almost empty, with just one other customer inside. Both families ordered a 16-piece chicken meal (half spicy, half original), so 32 pieces total. We were pretty surprised when the manager told us we should have called 30 minutes ahead for an order that size. That seemed odd, especially for a location right off a busy highway where larger orders should be expected.
The staff seemed pretty stressed and unorganized. A few of them looked confused and unsure of what to do, and the overweight female manager on duty came across as unprofessional and not very friendly. She didn’t seem too concerned about helping or keeping things moving, which was frustrating. To be honest, it didn’t feel like she was the right fit for a leadership role.
We ended up waiting and did eventually get our food — which, to be fair, was hot and tasted great. However, the spicy chicken was missing from the order, which was a letdown. At that point, though, we were just ready to eat and get back on the road. One positive note: there was a male manager there who actually seemed to know what he was doing and handled things much better than the rest of the team.
We’ve always been fans of Popeyes, so it was disappointing to have this kind of experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve things at that location.

I never leave bad reviews but i was extremely disappointed. Half of my order was missing and my chicken was raw. Also my box of fries was only half full. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered one classic chicken breast. I don't know what the heck this is but ChatGPT thinks it made be a chicken patty for a sandwich because there is no bones. This is disgusting. Seriously I think all Popeyes are nasty now and they never have any chicken unless you can wait 20 minutes. Like ya know it's a chicken fast food place, so maybe cook some chicken.

Was not busy yet the trash cans were full the floors needed sweeping and there weren't any napkins where you pick up lids and straws. Also there were 4 straws left in the holder
