I ordered 2 orders of spicy chicken strips, 3 weren't spicy and 1 of them was nothing but breading, the other 3 were spicy and 2 of them were nothing but breading with maybe an 1/8" of chicken in the middle. I love Popeyes but they have went downhill in the last year.

Holy Mayo. I normally don't leave reviews because I couldnt really care less. But lord, when is enough enough? You get payed to do one thing and it's make the sandwiches and give them to the customer. How hard is it to not drown my food in mayonnaise like seriously? Anyone with functioning eyeballs and a half working brain can clearly see that a cups worth mayonnaise is more than a respectable amount for the singular sandwich. Your employees are lazy, either pay them more or find new ones because the mentally challenged ones preparing your food right now clearly couldn't care less about doing their job.

They are very slow paced and inconsiderate if orders have a long wait time especially for dashers ask them for something to drink… again they move very very slow

I had got a three-piece white it came with two wings and a breast the flavor of the chicken was terrible there's no seasoning at all only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes

Ordered from this Popeyes the lady in the front wasn’t very nice or courteous. Mind you it was not busy or anything. Was in a rush to get our order. Also while waiting for my food inside I looked over the counter and see this gentleman in the back handling the food. I eat and leave sit in my car for a little bit and notice the same gentleman who handled the food taking out the trash. Adding this to a place I will never eat again.

Nearly $18 for a large 5-piece meal is insane. I originally wanted a sandwich but at the time of my order they had zero chicken patties in stock. Their new sauces are $0.75 each too? Wild. Additionally, despite the hours posted on Google and their front doors, their lobby doors were still locked passed 11am
Ordered an 8pc meal for pick up and when I arrived they had given it to someone else, acted like it was my problem to deal with and after calling their manager they said I would be at least a 25 min wait. Ridiculous service. I had to go through a whole process online just to get a refund that Im still waiting on.
As for tenders, they were shaved so thin they were probably less than 1/4 inch thick, I said Thank you to the person at the drive thru & was totally ignored
