We took a 2 hour trip to Dayton and really wanted to try this place. You have to order on the kiosk and it doesn’t tell you what you get on the burger or what it even looks like. We were going to give it a shot anyways but we decided not to because it was very cold in there. It’s already freezing outside, why would I want to sit in a cold restaurant. Upon leaving, I saw the thermostat and it read 54 degrees. Why have it so cold in there? Nobody is going to want to dine-in in a cold restaurant. The staff had zero customer service skills as well. Very disappointed in this place and I didn’t even try the food…

I had the brisket last year and I havent been able to stop thinking about it since. If you're wanting thick, juicy pieces of high quality meat, this is the place to go.

terrible first experience at a new store. They wouldn't accept my $10 loyalty reward, claiming it has to be on line only. The promotion doesn't say that-they just made it up- and once you click the reward to redeem it, you only have two hours to use it. The reward was wasted, so thanks for promoting loyalty. Dayton Ohio location is one to avoid.

Food was every bit of nasty did not meet expectations as far a portion size or taste I ordered three different meals two were for adults and the were kid size meals! I don’t know who is keeping this place in business but the food is not good at all! I spent $50 in there and was very disappointed never again! We threw our trays away couldn’t even eat it had to go to a whole different restaurant to eat!!

Me and my wife got the meat sampler. All the meat I got was great! The sides could use sum work, that's why I gave 4 stars. Mac n cheese was very liquid, almost like cheese water. The wedges were the best side I could recommend. Greens and baked beans had their own distinct taste. Overall ill be back for the meat, desert was good too but the mac n cheese and greens could use a little more love. The large sides are kinda small too. Customer service was excellent...we'll be back

We stopped by Prime BBQ Smokehouse today, but our experience was disappointing. A hair was found in my friend's baked potato, and my brisket lacked moisture. While Finley attended to our order, another employee appeared distracted by his phone. Considering these issues, I would give this experience a rating of 1 out of 5. I suggest that Prime BBQ work on improving their food quality and service standards.

Friday night at 7pm and not crowded at all should have been a clue. Average at best . Mac n cheese was very blah. Brisket was dry as sand. Sauces were average. Pulled pork was tender and decent. Nothing special or “wow”. Too expensive for the very mediocre experience Interior was run down and drab
We stopped in on our way back to Kentucky and loved it! The pulled pork and brisket was delicious! We also loved the Mac and cheese and fries!

Ordered via door dash. Got the lunch combo. Was supposed to come with 3 ribs, Mac n cheese, a drink and toast. All I received was the Mac n cheese and ribs. The ribs were dry. Barely any sauce. Waste of $30 totally pointless to have even ordered
