go way back with the steak sandwich. sad how the steak sandwich has gone down hill. horrible onion cut and change I think. richard sauce like a pizza sauce now. making a switch to pizza chef now.
Hubby & I just had lunch here a bit ago. We've never eaten here before. We shared a steak hoagie with onions, mushrooms, pickles and cheese. We got the parmesan bites and an order of fries. Absolutely delicious food! We had water to drink so our bill was only $21. Delicious food at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Richards

Richards Pizza is a cozy spot for a meal, offering takeout or dine-in options. The food is consistently good and filling, with a focus on satisfying carnivore cravings with their meat-topped pizzas. The friendly staff go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, especially families with young children. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has ample parking, even during busy hours. With a relaxed atmosphere and minimal wait times, Richards Pizza is a great choice for a satisfying meal.
Customers have praised the great food, with one customer describing the steak sandwich as "the absolute best steak sandwich" they ever had. Another customer, who eats at the restaurant nearly every Saturday, loves the steak hoagie and fudge. The owners and workers are described as wonderful, as they always remember the customer's order and take great care of them.
However, some customers have expressed concerns about the restaurant's environment, particularly the lack of proper cooling in the kitchen area. One customer noted that the air in the Monroe location is colder to compensate for the lack of a fan or proper cooling, and they saw employees looking overwhelmed by the heat and sweating, which they found "pretty gross." The customer hopes that the restaurant will address these issues to maintain its quality and avoid closing like other restaurants.
