Great food most of the time. I am disturbed though to see that the environment of this restaurant is of no concern to the owners. To eat in the Monroe location I now understand why the customers who eat there need a jacket. The air is colder to compensate that their employees are expected to work with no fan or proper cooling in the kitchen section. It is sad to see them looking like they are overwhelmed by heat, yet to see them sweating is pretty gross. I know this isn't the only restaurant causing this for their employees, I just don't want to see this restaurant in today's times quality go down and end up closing like other restaurants.

Pizza wasn't to bad but got steak hoagie the bottom bun was soggie like they soaked it in the pizza sauce and top bun was hard as a rock so that was not good at all service lady kinda grouchy .

When asked about prices was ignored so ordered a $24 pizza and 2 hoagies and pizza bites $50 order and when I complained they didn't make it right. I got told I'm a liar and Brittany C. Was who took my order complained to another store still no word from district manager would never spend a cent with this company ever again... I have pictures too
