We are newer to the area and out neighbors recommend Swaffy's. We were skeptical when we pulled in but very pleasantly suprised. Customer service was great... Ice cream was soft and tasty. My wife is a sundae snob and she even was impressed. Highly recommend

Hello, I stopped in tonight after the Monroe food truck festival and wanted to voice an issue about the service I received. I had three items who seemed that could not compute the exchange amount of currency without asking how to do math after giving a $20 bill. In my order, one being a blueberry-dipped chocolate cone, the young lady who handed it to me had chocolate running down her hand the seond time after pouring chocolate onto the cone instead of it being dipped. This was after she had to remake the order because it was wrong. I asked her to remake it again, and she said that they were low on chocolate but could put it in a cup with syrup running down her hand. She then proceeded to get on her phone and laughed about it. Another thing I witnessed was they told another customer they could stack vanilla and chocolate to make a “twist” cone. Who stacks two flavors?? Today’s service was really horrible. Where are the adults in this who can monitor the children.Thanks

Traditional Summer time ice cream place. Service was fast and with a smile.
I got a milkshake and and a scoop of vanilla and the vanilla tasted like regular milk. Was really hard to eat. Don’t know if it wasn’t mixed well that day or what.
