They are the slowest “fast” food. They take 30 minutes to make a small order. They do not take their time throwing things in the bag often causing many food items to become covered with residue from others. They do not have any boxes for the luxe craving boxes making it impossible to tell items apart if the same thing is ordered with customization. I hope the managers take action. The burritos are very thin and have barely anything on them.

So I pay for extra chicken and I get absolutely no chicken in my bowl after waiting 10 minutes. All these workers mad slow and just annoying and useless in anything they do.

Customer service was terrible. I went in to the Taco Bell and stood at front for 5 minutes; no one even would come take my order. I finally ordered on the screen after saying “Hi, can I please order” to a worker that walked away just to wait another extended period of time. Another lady finally told a worker I was waiting on my order way longer than her. Ridiculous!

My daughters soft tacos, the shells were so dry that they were cracking and the entire thing fell apart before it even got to her mouth. She's 6 and I was driving. Was a disaster. I was overcharged on the tacos. She rang them in, incorrectly.
