Very disappointing, I go to the Tim. Hortons in Troy fell in love with the b. E! L. T on 12 grain bagel and I go to this one in Monroe and they've got 3 bagels to choose from none of them healthy. So that was disappointing, and I'll also say that Wendy's is in that same building, and that is the worst Wendy's, I have dealt with the management attitude and there is absolutely horrendous so I'm just gonna stay away from that building.
Love this place and love the food. HOWEVER, they don’t seem to have a standard for how much cream cheese a bagel should get. Sometimes it’s a decent amount, sometimes it’s so dry that I double check my order to make sure I didn’t select “light cream cheese.” They do have the option to order extra cream cheese but I shouldn’t have to pay extra for just a normal amount of cream cheese on a bagel.
Donuts and coffee were like we would expect from these guys. They know how to get the job done, but donuts have gotten to be near a buck and a half a piece. Service was good but someone transferred donuts to the display case with bare hands. Use food service gloves O Canada. The floor was sticky. But hey I had a Boston cream and coffee, same as my wife and we were in heaven.
