My husband and I were passing through the area and stopped for breakfast. The staff were clearly having a good time with each other. Smiles and laughs. It was nice to see. They all obviously knew what to do and how to do it. Our service was impeccable. The food was exactly as ordered and good. I definitely recommend it.One note to the staff...you were really enjoying the music, so we didn't ask it to be turned down, but it was very loud. Consider turning it down a bit? Maybe just when there are old fogies sitting by the speaker. ?Parking: There's a bit of a maze to get to the place. It isn't an easy off the highway. You have to enter a mall complex and drive to it. Plenty of parking.

The waiter was lovely and absolutely accommodating of my 9 year old son with Type 1 diabetes, and didn't make him self-conscious! The food was very good, however the hashbrowns were a little underdone for my liking (but still very edible.

Place was packed! Never seen a waffle house with this many customers. They were fast and the food was great. The waitress Lay was great. Been to a lot of waffle houses on our travels where there was hardly any customers. This was the best!!!!!

Amazing service, super clean. As we were paying to leave I over heard I’m assuming the manager telling all the workers they were doing a good job. It’s so amazing hearing a manager at a restaurant tell his workers how good they are doing instead of being rude!

I will never attend this place again. The manager would not serve us. We sat for an hour and 15 min before they even thought about cooking our food. Every person that came in after us ate and then left. While we sat there and waited watched her put her orders ahead of ours. And we were the only black in there so that tells me that she has a problem with my kind.

Been coming to this location for several years. The service staff is awesome. However, there is a new manager, Greg, the atmosphere has plummeted since his arrival. There is a palpable tension in the store. Today he yelled at multiple staff members to get their attention. If it wasn't for my loyalty to the service staff I would not return for awhile.
