Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up at 8pm. They were closed and rude about it even though they were supposed to be open until 1am.

Workers were hustling and doing their best. They were apologetic about the wait, but with only 2, I didn't feel like it was that bad. The 2 stars for service does not reflect the employees, just the fact it was slow. Seems like this location is always struggling with staffing.

Very slow service, waiting in line for 10 minutes (inside not drive thru) while the cashier flirted with his girlfriend. Had to place a Mobil order just get place the order. Men’s bathroom was filthy, one urial looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Sink was full of black something who knows. Do not recommend

The chicken nuggets were bad but fries and frosty were good. The whole restaurant was trashed and right next to the door had a big puddle of water. The guy working the cash register was rude.

The hours are wrong on the website so if you think it’s a late night stop it’s not. The staff was very rude since stopping 15 minutes before they close (without knowing since the hours are wrong). And they have nothing but the basics, no freestyle machine, no frosty, no loaded fries. Go to a different Wendy’s if you want their food.

Only two employees running the entire establishment today. I feel bad about leaving a 3-star review are they were trying their best but were totally overwhelmed. Management needs to step up and do their job. Tons of cars leaving the drive thru line out of frustration. Food was OK when we finally got it.

I never leave reviews no matter how good or bad a place is (I know, not a good practice) but this place has been horrible since Covid happened. Working nearby I visit here often and this is a constant experience. Always tried telling myself it’s just a bad day for them but it’s becoming clear they are just a bad business. I’ll usually be the only person in line and have to wait 15 minutes for 10 nuggets an hour after lunch has started every single time I come through. I just went today after placing a mobile order, sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before driving up to the window and having to knock on it just to be told that they’re closed at 11am and haven’t even started setting up yet. Told the guy at the window to tell the others in the drive thru line that they’re closed and to put a sign out only to receive a dumbfounded look as a response.

Went here with a co-worker on our lunch break, there were no other cars in line. We ordered our food, pulled up to the window and sat there for over 10 minutes, nobody even came to open the window and take our money. We only get 30 minutes for lunch so we just ended up leaving the drive thru and went to the Burger King next door, we got our food in 2 minutes.

Jan 14 2025. Cars keep lining up in the drive-thru. Your automatic greeting comes on making people think your open. Watched numerous people waste their time waiting for someone to take your order just to find out they are closed. Employees just sitting on their asses inside. What's up with that?
