BRU Burger Bar Montgomery

i give it 5 because of the salad and more importantly, the server....Carly ( Carlee, Karle, whatever) was absolutely wonderful....it was nice thar the burgers came with fries BUT the Burger Week burger left a lot to be desired....make a better burger and charge for fries, is my humble opinion.

BRU Burger was our Cincinnati Burger Week Choice. We didn't think much of the burger. The fries were very good. We both thought our Bloody Marys were oddly a bit sweet.

Love the burgers and fries. The onion rings were too overcooked and the batter was too chewy !

This was the best Burger Week deal of all. Great burger and fries and pretty good service. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We all like our food but we were disappointed with the chili cheese fries and the burger special of the day. Otherwise fantastic fries, onion rings and chicken fingers were awesome!!!

Great service and food. Went during a less busy time so was very quiet and service was fast. Burgers and fries were excellent!

Waited almost 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order. Was seated on patio without asking if we wanted to be outside or inside.

Host / bartender seemed annoyed by our presence. Was it because we had kids?

We ended up leaving and walked across the street to Kitchen Social.

We eat at Bru Burger frequently, very consistent experience in all categories, service, food, etc. Tried onion rings for the first time, my wife and I didn't care for them, not much favor, a lot of deep fried dough, little onion. Usually we like the homemade ketchup, but this time it tasted overly sweet. Burger was delicious and juicy. Love the triple dip. We shared a delicious brownie with ice cream, topped with whip cream and hot fudge, which was free ($10 value) for our anniversary. Seems like prices keep going up, just like most everything else. It's nice to have a location (Montgomery) closer to where we live (West Chester) rather than traveling to downtown Cincinnati.

Good food and very attentive server. Will definitely return. Looking forward to when weather gets better to allow outside dining.

Every time I come here I'm so disappointed. The service and staff are fine, but the food is just not good. Everything tastes sweet/like candy.

Absolutely phenomenal food. I always order the blue cheese burger and it's fantastic. Have brought back multiple family members. Will be returning!

It didn't seem to be very busy, but our server was not very attentive to us at all. We had to ask for refills on Coffee when we are ready to order and for our check. My out-of-town guest really loved the location along with the fire pit my grandson especially loved the big water structure outside the restaurant. The chili was excellent and we had mostly clean plates.
