BRU Burger Bar Montgomery

Two meals came out incorrectly and had to be remade. No one from management came to the table to check up after 2 meals were sent back. The waiter did not check the table to see if anyone wanted more water or beverages.

Waiter couldn't have shown more disinterest unless he was asleep. Didn't check on our table of 7 enough. Mixed orders up and just gave the impression he would like us to hurry up and leave.

Food not hot. They can't seem to track my points no matter how many Cunningham Restaurants I visit.

My 6 year old daughter wanted to come to her favorite place to eat . The food was delicious the service was outstanding! Her birthday treat she enjoyed ! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Would recommend and will be back :)

I really like that you can make a reservation on their website and they are very close to the garage for free parking.

Was enjoying my after work lunch when i suddenly tasted something funky in my mouth there was plastic in my cheeseburger I nearly puked right these that’s gross 🤢🤢

Good, quality burgers. Ingredients are exceptional. Had a small billing mistake but it was fixed promptly when it was addressed. Appreciate the service and atmosphere.

A friend and I visited a few months ago and thought the half cobb salad we got at lunch was so good (and it was huge). I left with almost a full box after eating half of the salad. When we came back to get takeout, we got a full salad to split between the both of us (thinking it would be much bigger than the half salad). Unfortunately, the full salad at dinner was even smaller than the half salad, and we paid 22 dollars for it (with chicken added). Not sure why it was so much for even less of a portion size. I would still get it again because it's amazing, but I guess I would only get the half salad knowing its more bang for your buck (or maybe you just have to eat in to get that big of a portion again).

Just tried to eat here for the first time. Was sat by the host. After 5 minutes of sitting there we were never greeted, so we walked out.

The food was great. Excellent Black N Blue burger. Amazing onion rings. The wait staff was friendly but not very fast or experienced. The floor in the entire restaurant was slippery. It was a real hazard. Someone obviously used the wrong cleaner on the floor. A manager should have fixed it immediately, but maybe because it was right before the dinner rush, they were just hoping no one would fall. Risky and dangerous.

i give it 5 because of the salad and more importantly, the server....Carly ( Carlee, Karle, whatever) was absolutely wonderful....it was nice thar the burgers came with fries BUT the Burger Week burger left a lot to be desired....make a better burger and charge for fries, is my humble opinion.

BRU Burger was our Cincinnati Burger Week Choice. We didn't think much of the burger. The fries were very good. We both thought our Bloody Marys were oddly a bit sweet.

Love the burgers and fries. The onion rings were too overcooked and the batter was too chewy !

This was the best Burger Week deal of all. Great burger and fries and pretty good service. We will definitely be back!
