This was our first visit to Bru Burger Montgomery and was prompted by Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week - and we will be back.My Gorgonberry Pecan salad was very large and tasted excellent, while my wife’s chili was a bowl (not a cup) and was quite filling in itself but tasted “just ok” since it had an unusual flavor in it that tasted like Lilac bushes smell. My Honey-Chipotle BBQ burger was huge (as in too big) and was extremely sloppy to eat given the Chipotle BBQ sauce and Black Pepper Mayo. The fries were unusual in that they tasted somewhat sweet as if they had both sugar and salt on them - not a fan. My Fudge Brownie dessert would have been excellent had it not been for the strawberry purée that interfered with the chocolate flavor of the brownie and fudge sauce. (I’m a chocolate lover.) My wife’s Peach Bread Pudding was amazing and worth a return trip for that alone. The portion sizes left us uncomfortably stuffed at the end of our 3-course dinners, but there was no way we were going to get our warm desserts with ice cream and whipped cream packed up “to go”.We ate on the patio and it was quite noisy given the metal roof echoing the conversations from all the other tables and the loud splashing of the nearby water fountain.Service was outstanding. Regular menu prices were reasonable considering the current prices at similar restaurants. By the way, there is a free parking garage entrance just east of the restaurant.

Overall, food was good and the chili cheese fries were very delicious. My only gripe would be that the burgers or at least the one I ordered are stacked very tall that it is hard to eat without making an absolute mess.

Quiet, clean and nice service. I got the Garlic three cheese sandwich with blacken chicken. My husband got a double bacon with egg and no bun. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to our next visit.There is a parking garage for the building. Depending were you have to park it could be a little far to walk if you have problems otherwise it was nice not to walk in the rain.
The service was great! However the food was undercooked and the bund were not sufficient for the burgers- they fell apart. You need better buns. I felt bad as it was special occasion and my friends paid. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Was super disappointed on my visit. Not only was the value NOT THERE our service was lacking. Lots of mistakes for simple things such as “no onions”. Nothing special requested. I don’t think I could ever go back. The prices are absolutely crazy. Look at the up charge for side items. Yikes.

Easy parking, we were with a group of 10. Great ambiance and easy to hear and talk with the group. Waiter did a perfect delivery from the start taking each drink and food order through delivery and close out. Food was prepared right and was delicious. Great meeting place.

Bru burger was a favorite of ours until tonight. My husband and I get a salad and salmon every visit. Our friend also selected this. The salmon was cold and so dried out I could not eat it. Actually the three that ordered salmon felt the same. The manager came over and agreed they don't fix salmon well. She even agreed that we are regulars at the restaurant. They lost us.

Food is always good and high quality and service outstanding. Can be a bit noisy when full but glad to see they are consistently busy. This next comment is not BRU's responsibility but even though BRU is very family friendly, parents should not allow their children to continuously run around the restaurant. If they can't behave while out, leave them at home!

Our experience, service and food were all exceptional ! Our server was fantastic!! We were entertaining guests from Charlotte NC, and they vowed to return when in Cincinnati! I wish I could remember her name. She is a UC student living in Clifton. We consider BRU BURGER as GO-TO Place for us.
I don't often eat hamburgers, but for the past couple of weeks, really wanted a good one. Gave Bru a try, was very happy. Got the chipotle burger with fries and a beer. Really hi the spot.

Server Kristen was friendly and attentive. I had the small version of the Gorgonzola salad and added shrimp. The small salad was larger than I thought and many shrimp on it. It was delicious.

We visited for my wife's birthday in the early afternoon and the place was busy but we were seated quickly and the service was great. The burgers were fantastic! Price was good and we had some leftovers. You can park in the covered garage. The area is clean and safe.
