This goes out for the owner to hear. My wife and I came in a little after 7pm not realizing you closed at 7pm. We were here on 11-11-25 so you know the 2 girls working were very energetic and positive vibes. Never said sorry we already closed. Made us exactly what we wanted then we sat down and realized you were already closed and felt bad. The girl cooking said don’t worry about it. I don’t remember the last time I was treated so friendly especially at closing time after a long day. Our new favorite healthy bite to eat place now. I would recommend to everyone. Foods awesome too. I had the turkey burnt end Cuban and my wife has the blackened salmon wrap. Give those girls a raise. lol

Breaded chicken so hard it was not edible. Everything was cold. The broccoli was horrible. My daughter could not eat anything. Will never ever order again. A complete waste of money.

On 08/09/2025 I visited the Cincinnati store on Montgomery Ave. We two ordered and paid by credit card at the counter (a burger/fries and a beef bowl). There was only one other patron present.
After 25 minutes we asked where our food was. The attendant explained that there were only two workers scheduled that day - one in the kitchen and one on the register, but that our food would be out shortly.
5-10 minutes later our food arrived. The bowl was stone cold and my fries were so raw they were cold and still raw/crunchy in the middle.
We could not eat the food as it was cold and raw, so we asked for a refund. The attendant (register worker) called the owner, who refused to let her refund the money.
It's 08/27/2025 and we are still waiting for a refund. We asked our credit card company to address the issue but the owner is ghosting the credit card company as well.

Yuck! I drink protein shakes regularly, so don't mind the protein taste unless it's really bad. This was really bad! I ordered 2 smoothies, one a peanut butter chocolate mix (for me), and the other, a special sunshine smoothie (for someone with me). They were both undrinkable. Never again.

The employees are always friendly, attentive and ready to answer any questions you have about the menu. The food is always fresh and good. I have only did carry out so far but they have a huge selection of stuff pre-made to take home that I will be trying next!!! The prices are affordable for GOOD CLEAN food! Love this place!
