Honestly - we had the best experience! Service was great! Food was delectable — we had the Caesar Salad, two Sushi rolls (the Ruby and the Herbstreit), the petite Filet Mignon, Mac & cheese, and the asparagus. The sourdough bread from a bakery and the butter was also so scrumptious. I also appreciated the option for mocktails. I had the smoked cherry old fashioned. Overall an extremely pleasant experience!

Can I give 6 stars for service?? Chris was our server and he was incredible, the hostess and manager were also wonderful. We had a very important meeting and I made a mistake when I made the reservation— the entire staff saved the night and I'm extremely grateful/. The food is always top notch, and with the tremendous service, it was a perfect night. Thank you Chris and rest of the team!

We had an amazing experience. Paul was our waiter and he was beyond personable and very helpful with dinner suggestions. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect place. It was quiet and the ambiance was wonderful . Everyone was extremely welcoming and really made us feel like we NEED to come back. Thanks Carlo and Johnny for making our night out one that we'll remember and thank you Paul for being a great host!!!

Wow what an experience. Would highly recommend for a private dinner, or business function.

Party of 6 for a Miami graduation. Our server Robbie was professional and personable. The grad was super pleased with his choice, as was the rest of the group. Spend the money on a special occasion and ask to be seated in Robbie’s section.

Rarely a bad meal or experience at a Jeff Ruby restaurant but yesterday was that rare exception. We were there celebrating a belated birthday. The server Erin was excellent and her counterpart Kelly was also outstanding. However, the 3 of us that ordered the surf & turf special all had our steaks over cooked, not by a lot but enough to be noticeable. We are not the type of people to send food back unless it's extremely poorly cooked. The butter pie was also slightly charred which affected the taste. Will still go back but maybe we stick with The Precinct. Just a shame the kitchen let us down.

We went for the filet and lobster tail special. While my steak was excellent, the lobster tail was like mush. I expect better.

Food was great as always. Our server Sarah and her assist did a great job and added to a wonderful dining experience.

I am a diehard JR restaurant fan. The steak is an obvious winner, but it's all the other food people don't think about for JR where they superduper shine... They have the best sushi in all of Ohio. Their desserts are amazing. I don't always get dessert at restaurants, but I always get desserts when I'm at Jeff Ruby's. Always a great experience .

We went for the surf and turf special. The food was well prepared and delicious. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was fairly quiet when we first arrived, but got more active as the night went on. We enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie dessert and the whole evening was enjoyable.

Wonderful and delicious food! We split the steak and lobster special. It was soooo good and a good value. Our server Taylor was just exceptional. Wonderful evening!

We both got the petite filet, my wife got the Mac and cheese side and I got the truffle corn. The sides are big enough to share. Everything was amazing will go again and order the exact same thing!!!!

The service was perfect. We were seated next to a large boisterous gathering. I know you are a premier steak restaurant however the other options are not great.
