I'm super disappointed. My husband's bagel was hard, and my sons orange juice was basically water. The person in the back drive thru looked like he dug a hole in the dirt outside with his hands before coming to work, and the lady in the front drive thru didn't say one word to me, even after telling her thank you and to have a good day.

Every time I go my order is messed up. I feel like as much as we are charged I shouldn’t have to pull my sandwiches apart before leaving parking lot to make sure they are correct. Today I ordered a bacon, egg cheese bagel extra bacon. I get halfway home and open my sandwich to no bacon at all. So not only was I charged for extra bacon, then there would’ve been extra gas to turn around to go back.

Wish I could give even lower than a 1 star! Go through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 burritos, and a coke! Legit they hand me my coke, 1 sandwich, and a hash brown. I told her this isn’t all of it. So she says “what else did you have?” I hand her my receipt and she hands me the burritos so I said “this still isn’t correct. I’m missing a sandwich and hash brown.” She then proceeds to tell me she already gave it to me so I hand the bags back to her while she is mouthing that she doesn’t have time for this… so hands me the bag back still missing a sandwich and hash brown! I tell her it’s still missing things she throws a bag out the window at me and then slams the window! Rude as hell! Can’t ever get an order right, can’t read a screen, but yet want to make more than $10 an hour! Come on!!!!

Went to McDonald’s ordered two fish cheese only wanted them fresh when we got them. They were soggy. one had one slice of cheese on one had a quarter slice of cheese on and they tasted terrible. They had been laying or in a steamer for a long time. When you pay the money to get food, you want hot and fresh also ordered french fries that were also cold. Took them back up and told them originally they came out with not cheese on just tartar sauce. So they brought new ones out and I advised I wanted them made fresh. That’s what we got and I can guarantee you we will never go back.

When you pay almost $3 for a small drink, you expect to receive a full drink, not one that's three-quarters full! Similarly, when you order a hamburger, you want a proper hamburger. It’s frustrating to turn around to have the order corrected only to receive the same mistakes as before! I would understand if the staff were low or if they were busy, but that was not the case here. I was the only customer when I placed my order, as well as when I returned to correct it. Additionally, when I tried to call, no one answered. So here I am, leaving this honest review for the manager, who clearly does not value her company and the paying customers that secures her job so she continues to have employment!!

My advice is don't pull away from the drive thru window until you're sure you have ALL the food you ordered AND paid for!! 3rd time in a row I've gotten back home only to discover I'm missing at least 1 item (usually 2-3) 😕 Don't ask me if my screen is correct if you don't plan on giving me everything on it!!! 🙄😒🤬😤

I got there right at lunch time. Old cold fries, old cold burger patties, old cold nuggets and rude customer service! McDonald’s is no longer a “cheap” meal the quality should reflect the prices!! Also when you make a mistake and the customer NICELY brings it to your attention attitude isn’t necessary! 25$ for two people to eat and the only thing edible was a cold 10 piece nugget that’s ridiculous!

Did the delivery option being sick and not trying to go anywhere. Order placed at 7:52p delivery was for 8:22p not a big deal I was willing to wait the 30 minutes so I didn't have to go anywhere even though it's a 3 minute drive to McDonald's. The order claimed to be picked up at 8:31 WHILE they were still in the next town over now delivery eta is 8:55p. At this point and time I'm already laying in bed pissed off not able to cancel the order because I would have just went up there at 830 and got it my damn self.
