They’re supposed to open at 5 am but they absolutely never are. Even though there are employees there, unless you’re there after 5:30 they are not open for business.

I did an online order a week ago and ordered a big mac no lettuce or middle bun, I get it and it has no lettuce and no sauce and has the middle bun… okay it’s fast food they mess up. But I came back and ordered a big mac no lettuce and I get one smothered in lettuce. I’m very pregnant so the first time I was just mad, the second time it sent me into a breakdown. Hormones suck, but not being able to satisfy a craving really sucks. Thanks Mcdonald’s for the tears.

Ordered a black coffee. ONE ingredient. Took like 15 mins and came full of sugar. They can't fill an order correctly that has one ingredient! They also shorted me $5 on my change. Took several requests for the extra large slob in charge to slither over and open the drawer.
Kitchen was throwing food into the bin hard enough that wrappers were all opening. Other people waiting were complaining that they have been waiting 20 mins for food. There was a mentally challenged employee blocking people from ordering inside, but he had no idea where he was or what he was doing.

I didn’t get what I ordered so I call and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Food does come out pretty quick but that’s because hardly anything is fresh :( (from my experience)

There's plenty of parking, the inside is incredibly clean, moreso than the average McDonald's, the service was incredibly fast, the worker we interacted with was very helpful and friendly, and the food we received was reasonably-priced and well-made.
Why do they always have the frappe machine down for cleaning over peak hours? This is the 3rd time this has happened in past 2 weeks. Plus they wait on 1 customer at a time. Most mcdonalds use the designated spots to keep drive thru working. The quality of the food is served lukewarm at best after long waiting times. The worst mcdonalds in the area 😫

Very under staffed manager was very unprofessional and the customers were all complaining. No matter what you ordered it was a minimum 25 minute wait. Customers were upset enough they walked out. Horrible experience that day normally not that bad however this trip has stopped me as a customer at this location. Sorry for the negative review this is only the second negative I have posted in close to 4 years

I'm super disappointed. My husband's bagel was hard, and my sons orange juice was basically water. The person in the back drive thru looked like he dug a hole in the dirt outside with his hands before coming to work, and the lady in the front drive thru didn't say one word to me, even after telling her thank you and to have a good day.
