I didn’t get what I ordered so I call and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Food does come out pretty quick but that’s because hardly anything is fresh :( (from my experience)

There's plenty of parking, the inside is incredibly clean, moreso than the average McDonald's, the service was incredibly fast, the worker we interacted with was very helpful and friendly, and the food we received was reasonably-priced and well-made.

Why do they always have the frappe machine down for cleaning over peak hours? This is the 3rd time this has happened in past 2 weeks. Plus they wait on 1 customer at a time. Most mcdonalds use the designated spots to keep drive thru working. The quality of the food is served lukewarm at best after long waiting times. The worst mcdonalds in the area 😫

Very under staffed manager was very unprofessional and the customers were all complaining. No matter what you ordered it was a minimum 25 minute wait. Customers were upset enough they walked out. Horrible experience that day normally not that bad however this trip has stopped me as a customer at this location. Sorry for the negative review this is only the second negative I have posted in close to 4 years
I'm super disappointed. My husband's bagel was hard, and my sons orange juice was basically water. The person in the back drive thru looked like he dug a hole in the dirt outside with his hands before coming to work, and the lady in the front drive thru didn't say one word to me, even after telling her thank you and to have a good day.

Every time I go my order is messed up. I feel like as much as we are charged I shouldn’t have to pull my sandwiches apart before leaving parking lot to make sure they are correct. Today I ordered a bacon, egg cheese bagel extra bacon. I get halfway home and open my sandwich to no bacon at all. So not only was I charged for extra bacon, then there would’ve been extra gas to turn around to go back.

Wish I could give even lower than a 1 star! Go through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 burritos, and a coke! Legit they hand me my coke, 1 sandwich, and a hash brown. I told her this isn’t all of it. So she says “what else did you have?” I hand her my receipt and she hands me the burritos so I said “this still isn’t correct. I’m missing a sandwich and hash brown.” She then proceeds to tell me she already gave it to me so I hand the bags back to her while she is mouthing that she doesn’t have time for this… so hands me the bag back still missing a sandwich and hash brown! I tell her it’s still missing things she throws a bag out the window at me and then slams the window! Rude as hell! Can’t ever get an order right, can’t read a screen, but yet want to make more than $10 an hour! Come on!!!!
