After a 30 minute wait in line, finally get up to order, pan was out of steak, he went to another area and comes back with an unacceptably small child size portion of steak, i asked for more, stated to me thats the portion size, even the lady behind me said wow i wS seeing that too,. I will not ever return to another Chipotle again in my life,, far as im concerned, shut it down if this is what it has come to

Everybody was extremely friendly, and the food was awesome! My only gripe was that the restaurant was very hot and humid. You can see the associates were overheated, and we decided to eat in the car due to the uncomfortable temperature inside.

The Chipotlane was nice. Food was right and actually got home warm agywr a 15 minute drive. The double portions weren't double, though. But it was flavorful!

The server who prepared my chicken bowl just started his work yesterday and it was evident that he did not want to be there.
He acted like I was "bothering" him when I ordered the ingredients for my chicken bowl.
When he placed the lid to the bowl, he smeared sour cream all over the top of the lid. There were pieces of lettuce hanging out the sides of the lid.
I asked him to wipe off the lid because he should not send a bowl out with sour cream all on the top. He wiped it off,but he was angry that I asked him to clean the lid.
The chicken didn't taste as if it had been seasoned when cooking.
The rice was not cooked to tenderness.
There were pieces of chicken,cheese, and lettuce spilled all over . No one was wiping up the spillage as they prepared a new order.
This is not a place that I want to patronize anymore.
Good customer service is important to insure that your customers are satisfied with your business. Never Again!

This location is not very good at all, you can tell the staff is inexperienced. They're out of stuff half the time and one somehow mistook "a little bit of cheese" for "corn". I was initially excited see this one is closer to my house, but I'm pretty disappointed. Just go to the one on far hills.

The gifts was cold, as in lower than room temperature, but it was late and I was starving. I chalked it up to an oversight/ error that the meat holder was turned off. Mistakes happen, it filled me up, nothing else negative to say.
