Called in my order ahead of time.. was told order would be ready In 15 min.. I waited 30 mins and went to pick up my order.. got to the restaurant door lady asked for the order name I gave it to her she said it wasn’t ready that was odds as I was already 15 min past the estimated time.. I had a seat and she continued taking orders and shuffling around upfront.. another staff member came and asked what I was waiting for I gave her my name she looked on the same counter the Asian door lady looked on and bam what do you know my food has been sitting there for 20 minutes according to the ticket… so long story short I’m on my way home to eat cold food and serve my family cold food because the lady they have working the door understands minimal English.

Ordered Pad Thai add mixed vegetables. What I received was the spiciest Pad Thai i have ever had in my life with just onions in it. I did not ask for it to be spicy. It seems every time I come here I’m disappointed. I try to go back thinking it will be better next time. It never is. The food all went to crap at the beginning of Covid and it never got good again. CJ Chan was the best in its class, now it’s terrible and the orders are never right. I won’t be going back anymore. Rice on Smithville is much better.

Food has been in a steady decline for the past few months. I ordered $76 in food. Everything hot. But appeared to be reheated and over cooked. I'm finally giving up on them. Pork rolls were mushy in the inside. Rice was hard. Barely had any shrimp. Las Vagas rolls tasted okay but they decrease in size and went up in price not worth it.
Not necessarily the best sushi I've had but it was good and a solid price at least for lunch

Spend almost $50. Ask for extra crunchie noodles for soup and they give you none at all 🤬. Then you order a double order of crab Rangoon’s and they only give you one sweet and sour. They are always trying to be cheap with the extra. This happens almost every time. So sick of this. Driving 30 minutes isn’t worth this terrible service.
