No hairnets worn by any of the employees.Beards unmasked. Multiple bottom lip piercings on multiple workers making food and taking orders. Several people bringing there food back because the order was wrong or charged incorrectly. Floor was sticky! Breadstcks were soggy and far from fresh! Not enough sauce put on spaghetti that I dint realize until I got back home. Alot of cross contamination going on in the oven area. Took 20 minutes to get 1 order of spaghetti. Fazolis is not a bad place to eat but this location is sloppy. Miller lane location is a little cleaner an sharper and more sanitary. There workers don't have rings hanging from different places on there bottom lips makin your food either. Nobody wants to do this type of work so there hiring whoever will take the job now days.
