I usually choose chipotle over hot head, but I have to say that the customer service and food are always on point. The variety of sauces makes it easy to choose hothead restaurant as my choice, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming! The staff are always friendly and well the food is amazing!! Great job! My littles really enjoyed their little bowls.

I just came in this location to have some lunch. I ordered my food and I forgot a side of veggies so I went back up to get them and I was I was walking up. I seen the gentleman picking his nose. I mean his finger was all up in his nose. Of course I said I hope you’re gonna go wash your hands from just digging in your nose. he smiled and started laughing at me, then handed me my cup with the same hand he was digging in his nose with. Just be cautious everyone.

This location is a great place. I’ve been going here for practically 5 years straight. Once or twice I’ve meet the owner and he’s a great guy. There are a couple people here who have been working for a while now and they’re great. One issue though is they frequently hire family and those workers tend to be slower and very bad on portions. Overall great location and great food. Just try to train these employees!
It was awesome. The people were nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I would definitely go to eat there again.

I ordered Hot heads from this store which I usually get them from through Uber eats and when I got my food everything was great until I found a massive piece of. I don't even know what in my food It was a piece of plastic and it was the size of like a half dollar. I immediately stopped eating, contacted doordash, got a refund for it but this was insanely disappointing considering I don't even order them. That often is usually a special treat. I don't think I'll be eating here again
