Your servers need to make their customers happy and not cause unnecessary problems.
Our table ordered a strawberry or pink lemonade and a shot of vodka. If you don’t offer a drink that matches something similar y’all need to mind your business. Blaming your liquor license just shows how stupid you all sounded. We ordered 2 separate drinks after it made it to the table it is no concern of yours, other than how was your dinner.

Poor service at the bar! I came in and sat for 10 minutes and nobody said a word to me I got up and left! It wouldn’t be a big deal if they was busy but the parking lot was basically empty

We went back here again. Same problems bad service wherever dissappear for ages. Like 20 minutes to bring you bread. The pork chops were grossly salty and not worthy of even a penny. The mushroom sides was from a can w red wine poured over it. The manager was great and gave us a dessert. What does it take to get hood quality food &,service in Ohio

The Longhorn Steakhouse in Moraine, Ohio is EXCELLENT! From the food, to the service, to the cooks, to the management, everything exceeded my expectations. The steaks are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. There’s a wide variety of sides, salads, and specialty/seasonal dishes too. They offer gluten-free items as part of the regular menu (with just a few tweaks to the items). The management is super accommodating and even made a special shrimp dish for me with a gluten free sauce that’s available. The servers are attentive without hovering and made my grandson very happy with an extra plate of fries (at no charge!) I highly recommend this restaurant.

5 Stars – Exceptional Mother’s Day Celebration!
We celebrated Mother’s Day at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Moraine, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Our server was incredibly customer-friendly and attentive—always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.
The restaurant itself was spotless, welcoming, and had a warm, relaxed atmosphere that made our special day even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, and the service really elevated the experience.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great meal and exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
Previous 5 years ago- Enjoying our father's birthday. Customer service in regards to friendly and kind, the servers were very nice and polite. Unfortunately some of our food was over cooked and didn't arrive until it was brought to the managers attention. The manager did try and compensate us for some of the inconvenience.

Food was fresh and steaks were cooked as ordered. Definitely will return here.

The service from the waitress was excellent, and the Outlaw Ribeye that I ordered was excellent and worth the hype! Longhorn Steakhouse is a great weekend treat for someone who works about 50 hours a week. The Longhorn Steakhouse on W. Dorothy Lane in Kettering is my favorite restaurant location, but they're all good. I'll definitely be back!

First time ever eating at Longhorn and we’re here with a party of 40+ all the way from North Mississippi. We called about an hour ahead of time to let them know we were coming. They were very accommodating for our group. We were seated almost immediately. The servers were very attentive and the food came out quick despite our large group. I had a steak and shrimp combo and, WOW, it was amazing! I will definitely visit a Longhorn closer to home based on this visit, and will DEFINITELY be here again when we come through this area again! A+++
