They don't say anything to you when you walk in. They just talk to each other. One guy i see in there has earbuds in. Every time I have been in there no one is behind the counter as they are sitting on their phones in the lobby. Once they notice you don't have an online order they get up and stare at you like they are annoyed you are even there. They never put on extra toppings when asked. I have been there a few times now and would ask for some extra veggies. They never give it. Ask for a bit more sauce. Forget it. They never will give it to you. Bad experience each time I went. There is only 1 guy there who is nice and will talk to you.

I went there yesterday to buy a meal deal for $ 6.99 and I wanted Philly.
Guy at the counter said not possible so I told him ok make me a Philly only with Italian bread.
Here he goes make me a foot long which should be a small regular sandwich with normal bread.
I felt upset but bought the sandwich since he put it in the toaster already.
Poor service and poor listening skills.
I was almost out the door and did remember thay I would need the receipt
He was already sitting relaxed on the bench in the dinning area and pointed to the register telling me that I can grab my receipt.
Definitely not going back

The place has been taken over by Indians who don’t give you what you want. I asked for extra banana peppers and they gave me 6. I than ask for more and he hands me one more. Where is the last store owner. Dee. We need her back.

The employee was incredibly rude to me and my wife. He gave us ride remarks about our choices on the subs, and they were being passive aggressive. Our drinks where also very flat and disgusting.

this location used to be the best, now it’s terrible. the guy has a very hard time understanding basic english, and when he made my sub wrong, after very clearly telling him what bread got what meat, he got an attitude with me, and still made the wrong sub. I just gave up trying to explain it and just let them finish it on the wrong bread. he was too focused on everything else than making the sub and listening to the customers. the lady in front of me also was having issues with him. today was my last time I will ever step foot in this location.

No customers were present. Three employees that barely speaks English. The bread was so hard and the toppings were scarce. The cost was more than the Subway in Miamisburg.

Lately the meat portions are less than what they used to be imo. The bread is dry and old tasting so overall it’s very disappointing. This was supposed be double the meat and this has happened twice so I’m going to a different location In the future

store was closed at 3pm and of course I had no idea so I ordered around 6 went to.pick up at 655 pm and the doors was locked now I just need to get my refund or I'm contacting corporate. The store needs to be open during listed hours short staffed or not. All businesses are short staffed anymore that isn't a excuse. It's just poor management didn't even receive my order nor could hlget ahold of the employee inside the store to cancel the order at all so trash
