If you want food service and an excellent crew. Go to any business outside of West Carrollton / Moraine. Including this very Red Kroger's. Management are are very angry, very stand offish people. If you don't want to get angry don't go shopping here. They literally shut the doors on me at 10:47 p.m. when I looked at my phone. The blonde manager was outrageous. All I needed to do is get drinks from the drink aisle. In and out faster than they could close, and she would not let me in the store. We have to get away from shopping in stores like this. Somehow they have lost the spirit of who they are and what their services offer. And that customer service is above all, if you are in a customer service retail environment. If you lack that, we can give you less customers hopefully so you can handle your lacking abilities in customer service. Customer service is always been a situation where the customer shops until they're done. Businesses today want to leave at 11:00. What the heck is that all about? The new millennials and some of the generation X management must go. No wonder why our cities are falling apart. Moraine and West Carrollton is taking on worse practices on all issues. Pizza Hut in West Carrollton, had my pizza ready and could not ring it out. Nobody bothered to stop cutting pizzas which they could not ring out. To tell me this so I could go elsewhere. When I address the employee about it, and called the next day. No management was available. Until I got a call back threatening that I would be arrested if I ever go to any Pizza Hut locations again. Wow, looks like Pizza Hut is off the list if ordering pizzas from them can get you arrested. Typical West Carrollton business though, if you dare try to get customer service there. But do not go there expecting anything less than what you get. I once had the McDonald's in West Carrollton tell me I had to go all the way around because I entered the drive-thru incorrectly. ?

Good fish! The place itself is a hole in the wall, and in the 10 minutes we were waiting for our order, we learned this restaurant caters to a wide variety of folks! There’s three or four tables available, but all the orders we saw, including ours, were takeout. My wife and I each got three-piece fish baskets: catfish for me, lake perch for her. We also got an order of zucchini fries, which were also good. Anyway, we shared and compared notes on the food. Both kinds of fish were good, but I thought the catfish had more flavor. It was also a lot of food and we could have easily gotten enough if we’d each gotten the two-piece baskets.

Ordered for pickup at the location on Linden Ave. The order was ready as I arrived. Once home, the food was still hot and very tasty. The light coating on the fish is one of my favorites. Wish the fries were cooked a little more.

Order chicken wings from this place while visiting family. I noticed the chicken was a bit softer then it should be and didnt think anything if it. The next day i started expirencing extream liquid diarrhea. Later that evening my step-father informed me that the chicken we had gotten was undercooked.

ordered a 10 piece boneless bbq chicken with frys no sauce on them....and ordered 10 piece hot wings with ranch no sauce or ranch...called to try and get hot sauce and bbq and my ranch and they wouldnt do it and didnt seem to care spent about 50 dollars on dinner ....ill stick to wing zone

I ordered an orange roughy sandwich basket with a side of hush puppies. I cannot recommend this place enough!
The food is SO GOOD HERE. The chicken is moist. The fries are crunchy. The seasoning is so good. They forgot our drink and brought it back very quickly without us asking/calling. Top notch. We love this place.

Great chicken restaurant within Kroger. Here, they have many different options of chicken meals. The prices are a little bit higher than fast food places because the quality of their meats are better. I would recommend to eat at this place if you need somewhere to eat while near Kroger. They have a seating area and public bathrooms close as well. There is decently high quality food available here.

My husband and I went there after church one Sunday for lunch. We had a Groupon. We ordered the Cod Fish basket which included french fries and cole slaw. I loved what I got! Reminded me of Fish Frys I had gone to in the past. I recommend the Cod! The seasoned fries were dee-lish! This is a hole in the wall restaurant with good food and friendly service. I recommend getting the food to go as seating is very limited.

We have dinner delivered to work, and it is usually a large catfish nugget dinner per person. The dinner comes with fries and coleslaw. The catfish is always great, the coleslaw and fries are pretty good.. I would definitely recommend this as a place to look forward to coming back to!!
