They were really short staffed when we went. Only 2 employees in the building. They were in a rush to get food out the window, and our drinks were very bitter even though we specified extra sugar. I know it's not their fault, I just feel bad. They were very hard working and made sure our experience was great, though. Their scheduling manager needs to give them more people during the shift to avoid struggle and stress.

Rude RUDE STAFF! I swear the way this employee looked at me for just walking in the door makes me incredibly angry! You can tell this guy just doesn’t want to work and could care less about any customers! Like uhg uhg the lobby is closed after 3 seconds of staring at me like I ruined his whole day! Just close the damn thing then!

Run out of donuts quickly and I used to love their coffees. But they are honestly a bit overly sweet for my taste these days. I also wish they offered decaf options.

I try to place an order for a sandwich and an ice capp in the drive through. The voice sounded muffled/mumbled on the speaker but I could make out a "we don't ______" I let the guy know I didn't catch that. He responds "we don't _____" in a very low tone. I figured that maybe the speaker was on the fritz, so I said "Hey sorry I am having difficulty hearing you, can I pace my order at the window?" In an audible and clear tone the guy responds "no."So clearly, he was muffling his response on purpose. As I pull around I see why he said no...there was nobody at the window. In fact, there was nobody at the registers. There was nobody visible in the entire restaurant at all. I've been handled with more professionalism from criminals. Thumbs down for this location, I think I'm going to stick with DD for a good bit.
Where is the GM? Rock hard. Not sure what kind of sausage this is. If you didn’t want to make a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich - cancel the order. If you didn’t have FRESH ingredients - cancel the order. This was me giving this location a second chance. If you do not have sour cream donuts - take them off of your menu. I also ordered an orange juice but because this is what the food looks like, I’m convinced the orange juice is tainted. The people who work at this location don’t want to work. People order and pick up breakfast because it’s convenient for their lives. If working at Tim Horton is inconveniencing you and you don’t want to work there, I implore you to seek other opportunities.

I was tempted to reach out to the restaurant to resolve this but I have such bad experiences with this location that I don’t care to. At this point I am just making it a point to never return, which is what I would suggest. The last two times I’ve brought forth an issue, the staff has been somewhat combative and defensive.Just know that this photo sums up the entire experience for this location. The people, the food and even the coffee. TERRIBLE.The only PLUS here is that my meal was SO burnt and charred that the flavor somewhat resembled the burnt part of a burnt marshmallow.. and that’s all. There was literally no other taste here than “burnt” and this was essentially 5 bucks. - It was supposed to be the Farmer’s Breakfast wrap so you can also see that there is no hash brown.You are LITERALLY paying Starbucks prices for not even 1/4th the satisfaction so do yourself a favor and seriously just go to Starbucks…
