If I could leave 0 stars I would, I cannot believe the amount of unprofessional, rude people who work at this location. My wife went and got our food we ordered take out, they forgot half the order, so I went back and the staff did nothing but say oh it was in the bag and just ran there mouths the entire time, instead of owning up to a mistake they blamed the customer. Extremely rude, impolite, mean, and unacceptable staff, will NEVER go back. Oh and if you try and call nobody answers. Think it’s time for these nasty places to be torn down and a nice place put back. OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES!

Angie is the most attentive server literally AMAZING! The food was also amazing and if Mama is making ur eggs you will DEFINITELY get them exactly how you want em! Most times I don’t bother ordering eggs in fear they won’t be made how I like but NOPE mama stood on business!! Cute small town vibe!

On Wednesday morning 7/30/25 my family and I Was bragging about this waffle house how the food was better . So we Go and sit down Our waitress was very nice young lady and helpful…..But I notice a lot of flies We’re flying around we received our food which I had to send mines back it wasn’t cooked right, as we were eating flies just took over trying to get at our food & us. We couldn’t eat because of the flies that’s in there and I killed two while we were sitting at the table, that’ss so disgusting for establishment to have flies flying around when people are trying to eat. I’ll never go back

Loved the workers and the atmosphere 👌🏼 ❤️ They made you feel so comfortable I felt like I knew everyone for years. We stopped at 2 other Waffle 🧇 Houses 🏘 (1 was closed, the other one packed) so we went to the Moraine location. And so glad we ended up at this one. Very enjoyable and welcoming experience.

Everything about this place is Absolutely Amazing I always end up getting either Ava, Taylor, Shannon or Lainey. All 4 are superstars. They make you feel like Family. Even though they charge you to feed you. What kind of family charges to feed you lol jkjk. Like I said everything about this location is Perfect.

Angie is a rock star! She was immediately at our table, treated us like family, brought our food promptly, and was on it with refills. Ron made the best food we’ve had in a long time. For a Sunday at noon, they had that place running like a well-oiled machine; we’ll be back soon :)

Went to eat with my family and we eat here somewhat often, but this was the worst service and the worst day that I can ever say that we have had at this waffle House location any other day that we come in there we get the same waiter she is awesome she’s kind she checks up on us but this particular day we did not get her side of Service. We got another side so with that being said, we had a new waiter. Don’t know if she did not know what she was doing or if she just didn’t care, but she took our order and she brought our drinks brought over the first plate of food. It seemed fine. My order was fine but the last order that came out, the waffle looked completely burnt on one side the waffle wasn’t like a waffles, bacon was cold. Grits was like still hard like they added more grits into the pot instead of taking out the old grits making new grits. Grits were terrible. I believe the drink that we had was not drinkable. It took her forever to come back to our table to even check on us to see how things were going she helped three other people that came in after us, asking them if they were OK and if everything was fine, made a new family food that came in there me and my family looked, and seeing how certain things were made, and the waffle that she gave the other family looked like a waffle bacon looked like it’s supposed to had been so when she finally came over we told her that this was an edible that we didn’t want another serving And to see if she could take it off of our ticket. We overheard a guy that was cooking stating that he wasn’t taking anything off of a ticket to go see what was wrong with it, You can clearly see that the waffle was burnt on one side and not done fully on the other side. We flipped it for her before she took the plate. She never came over another lady came and got the waffle and left the bacon and said that she was gonna take it off of our ticket. The new waiter then comes over and gives a new set of bacon. This bacon is still not done correctly it is still to the crisp so we get up. We finish what we finish or what we can eat. She brings us over a ticket saying this is your receipt. We looked at the ticket. She didn’t take anything off. She charged us extra for something that she messed up on so at this point, I’m fed up with waffle House, and how They treat people like I said we come in there every so often we leave a good tip and we don’t have any problems with people you know remaking something if it’s wrong, which we’ve never had an issue up until this day and quite frankly it’s unprofessional for someone to say They’re not gonna look into it or take something off because they’re just not doing it so that will be our last time there well my last time there and when we paid for the food stood there for maybe like five minutes for someone to even check me out and she had the nerve to ask if wanted to leave a tip I kindly looked at her and told her no it’s the audacity spent almost $40 for three people, and the food was trash
