I was serviced a few days ago by a man name Steve, I asked his title and he stated that he was the manager. He was all around nice, welcoming and had great positive energy towards myself and all customers he served that morning. In spite of, having to run the restaurant alone, due to unknown staffing issues, he still provided all around great customer service with a smile. I wish I could have clocked in and assisted🤗 Steve deserves a shout out for having excellent customer service, in spite of. Stay cheerful Steve and don't work to hard!

Only had ordered via mobile app a LG 🍟 NO SALT, & a Med 🍦 waited on 4 other people to be served. They were in line front of me. An I patiently waited since mobile pick up are usually in the mobile area. The lady asked me, did I have an order in. I let her know I did an it was a mobile order, I also made it clear again please NO SALT, an still I got old nasty heavy salted🧂fries. Please, stop acting like people who ask for no salt, are just trying to be picky or a problem. Some people 🙄 have to eat where its convenient, but shouldn't have to go through all that to get no salt on their food an still get the order wrong. Its simple cook them fresh an DO NOT ADD THEM TO THE FRYER AREA, PUT THEM DIRECTLY INTO THEIR CONTAINER, SO THERE ISNT CROSS CONTAMINATION WITH THE SALTY ONES THAT HAD BEEN THERE, ALREADY.. Thanks!

After a few times coming and the guy with gold teeth wasn't there, I asked questions. I was told that he was no longer there because of the new hiring manager. She appeared unclean with long untied hair and seemed to not want anything to do with customers. Needless to say that I, my coworkers, or family will not be returning here ever. Once this location lost him, they have lost our business.

Spicy chicken sandwich is always the bomb. In my opinion, it's not even close with anybody else. They don't put salt on the french fries anymore, so you have to make sure you ask for some.

Waited over an hour for our mobile order. They pulled us to a mobile order parking spot, and never came out. After 30 mins I went into the store and they didn’t even have my order. They needed to read my phone for order details.

I waited to post a review in hopes that the district manager who came in would offer some sort of service recovery. That didn’t happen. I will not be returning

There is a young man that works there that is honestly, wasting his potential there! He seemed to be mid 30's and had golden teeth. He was so amazing and just a joy to have interacted with. I hope that he finds a career that will pay him what he's worth. He was the absolute BEST costumer service person that I have ever dealt with! I almost thought he owned the restaurant.

The fact they would even serve somebody food that is obviously burnt to a crisp is sickening. I have been twice since I wrote my first review and both times the food is awful a d my order has been messed up twice. Wendy's is not what it use to be. Definitely overpriced for the quality of food they are serving.

The African American that works here is very nice and always has a positive attitude and smile. He even goes beyond and tells you how you can make you meal cheaper, asks about how your day is going, and even tells you to have a good day on your way out if he sees you. I was told his name is Fredrick and I hope he continues to share his positivity with everyone else
