This place is straight trash!!!! Rude lazy unkept workers, dirty as Hell and slower than molasses going up hill in winter. Food is barely edible.
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a plain chicken with mayo after 25 minutes waiting in the parking lot with no other customers. Will not go again.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s location about a half dozen times now. The drive thru can be pretty slow. The dining room is generally pretty quiet. I think this location is understaffed. The food in general is good. They just raised their biggie bag price to $6 which I wasn’t a fan of. The $5 biggie bag was a big reason I go to Wendy’s.

Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had at a fast food place! The general manager, Ashley was rude and refused to help solve the issue I had with my order. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend!

Order screen was broken in the drive thru, employees were rude, service was super slow, and my order was wrong but I was running late by that point because of the delay, so I'd didn't even have time to get it fixed.

Stopped here to get food for my family member down the road in the hospital. Pulled up right behind one other car. There were no other patrons in the drive-thru or inside. It took 15mins for the car in front of me to get their order, and 25mins to get mine. I ordered a frosty and two burgers. By the time the food was ready the frosty, which had been given to me right away. Was halfway melted. I also noticed two employees working the back and two on break out front. I have no idea what could cause orders to take that long in a fast food establishment that isnt even busy. The only reason I didn't leave one star. Is due to the young gentleman at least being nice and polite. I decided to look through reviews while waiting and noticed this location has many issues with long wait times. Had I known that beforehand I would not have stopped. I sincerely hope a manager reads these. If so please make changes to improve. I however will not return again.

I was serviced a few days ago by a man name Steve, I asked his title and he stated that he was the manager. He was all around nice, welcoming and had great positive energy towards myself and all customers he served that morning. In spite of, having to run the restaurant alone, due to unknown staffing issues, he still provided all around great customer service with a smile. I wish I could have clocked in and assisted🤗 Steve deserves a shout out for having excellent customer service, in spite of. Stay cheerful Steve and don't work to hard!

Only had ordered via mobile app a LG 🍟 NO SALT, & a Med 🍦 waited on 4 other people to be served. They were in line front of me. An I patiently waited since mobile pick up are usually in the mobile area. The lady asked me, did I have an order in. I let her know I did an it was a mobile order, I also made it clear again please NO SALT, an still I got old nasty heavy salted🧂fries. Please, stop acting like people who ask for no salt, are just trying to be picky or a problem. Some people 🙄 have to eat where its convenient, but shouldn't have to go through all that to get no salt on their food an still get the order wrong. Its simple cook them fresh an DO NOT ADD THEM TO THE FRYER AREA, PUT THEM DIRECTLY INTO THEIR CONTAINER, SO THERE ISNT CROSS CONTAMINATION WITH THE SALTY ONES THAT HAD BEEN THERE, ALREADY.. Thanks!
