We came for a Holiday party, the staff was very welcoming especially Rebecca who was very tentative to our tables needs. From the time that we pulled into the parking lot until the time we left the establishment we received smiles, and pleasantries. The food was delicious, even though there was a mix up with our selection (which was not the establishments fault) they happily corrected and got our food out fast and hot. I highly recommend for any staff outing.

They hung up the phone almost as soon as they picked up only because I asked for a party of 40 in the long time span of 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Great experience. Food was fantastic, our waiter was very knowledgeable on the food, wines and Bourban. The plates were works of art. The family will be back.

Beautiful, quiet, classy. Our server was polite and professional. The menu is varied enough to please most, I had the duck breast, it was prepared perfectly. My wife had the filet. She was very pleased. Soup, salad, appetizer were perfect and delicious, steak tartare was wonderful. Strawberry chocolate crème brûlée was unique and outstanding, the flourless chocolate cake was dense and pure chocolate overload, I loved it.
Parking: Valet parking was convenient but not on par with the character and quality of the restaurant, the valet was polite but disinterested and seemed inconvenienced. At every other establishment we’ve visited, the valets assist or at least ask my wife if she needs help loading or unloading my wheelchair. At 70, she always welcomes the help.
Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely easy to access and maneuver, very accessible.

Just came from attending a wedding reception at this amazing venue. Everything from start to finish was simply fascinating. It’s hard to imagine how this place can be utilized as a wedding reception. Well, you need to see it to believe it. Thank you to all the staff, chef and Lead Hostess for an awesome night and an amazing atmosphere. The food was spectacular, the service was above and beyond. You guys simply rock !

Never Disappoints.
Al was an amazing waiter. My mom and I have been here a few times and we decided to take my brother. He couldn't stop raving about the food and Al's Cappuccinos.
My mom's and my go to is the Cru Halibut and my brother got the scallops. They were amazing and worth the money. I love the Creme Brulee. Great service, great atmosphere (not super fancy. More like Khakis and a polo for men)
If I had the money I would be here every week.

This is a perfect special occasion destination. Arrive early if you are able to walk outside, enjoy a cocktail in the gardens. It is truly magical. Having been to France, many times, the countryside etc, it evokes that serene feeling. It of course isn't France, but for those living here, it is a pretty close location to feel like you could almost be there. The ambiance is perfection. The food is very well presented and prepared. All of our items were delicious. If having a full meal, appetizer, entree and dessert you will be pleasantly satisfied. If you are used to eating larger portions and do not do a 3 course meal, you will most likely be hungry. This is not a value type of place where you spend little and get a lot. You will pay for the entire experience. But for a special occasion, we felt it was warranted. My husband and I were planning on enjoying a fall night here. We were so excited to enjoy our night out, but alas he passed away this June. So when it was my son's birthday, I figured what better way to bring my husband's spirit with us and enjoy our meal as a family. My husband was an Executive Chef, traveling for Marriott International and has worked at many Ritz Carltons. We enjoyed many great meals together in our 27 years. He would have loved his meal and been so proud that our sons, 22 and 20 both understand and appreciate good food. Thank you for making my son's 20th birthday, his first without his father, special.
Amazing gem tucked away on the East Side. Well worth the drive. All levels of service were impeccable and the food was amazing. Anthony (sommelier) has assembled a ridiculous wine list and he chose us an absolute stunner for our meal. We will definitely return the next time we visit CLE.
Food and service were a great time dining experience. You can have the waiter pause your meal to take a tour of the gardens.

Great experience for a special anniversary occasion..great food, excellent service (Bo was great..provided some very good suggestions and kept checking back) and an overall enjoyable dinner
This truly is a five star, fine dining culinary experience! The maitre d' was very gracious and informative. Taking the time to give us a tour of the outdoor gardens and explaining their farm to table fresh produce grown right there on site. Our fine dining server was very attentive and prompt. Many complements were extended to the chef throughout the evening. Each bite was a delight. My aunt and I enjoyed the escargot appetizer and the Halibut w/ capers. The desserts were a work of art, as well as being delicious! I highly recommend CRU Uncorked for anyone looking for a exquisite restaurant.
Despite the reservation, we had to wait a bit for our table and eventually gave us the option to eat outside. It was a beautiful night, so that was not problem. The staff was freindly and very attentive. The restuarant and gardens are beautiful. The food is interesting and tasty. Our server provided wine samples to pair with our entre's and all of the selections were very good. The only downside was that the portions were just a bit too small.
Service was awesome very timed delivery of meal, ambiance was great, fantastic wine selection and food was something not found anywhere else! Congrats to Cutlers for bringing this fine dining place to Cleveland!
Food was delicious albeit on the small side. My wife actually grabbed a snack when we got home. Wonderful atmosphere and service was kind and professional but mind numbingly slow. We (both couples) were getting a bit aggravated that it took so long to get menus and then at the end it took forever to get a bill. Especially on a weekday night it would be good to have the service be more prompt. I believe they were hoping not to bother us or rush us out but we felt they went too far in that direction.
