For some reason our reservation was mistaken for 2 instead of 4 and i had to ask twice to amend . It took 1 hour for the waiter to bring us menus , seriously. and I had to ask for it 45 minutes before the entree. The waiter was NOWHERE to be found during the 3,5 hours we spent there. The food and the place were great. The service makes me not want to return
great service. great drinks. great wine selection. great food. great ambience. there's a reason this place is where I choose to celebrate my birthday. it never, ever, disappoints. it is such an underrated establishment.
We were in from out of town, looking for an elevated meal and Cru didn't disappoint. From its warm, smart service to its beautifully executed plates to its outstanding glass-pour options, it's a restaurant I'd recommend to anyone looking for a high-class (but not snooty) spot.
