It is very nice, but very loud. Difficult to have a conversation. The food was good, and the wait staff was very professional.

Flour has become a go-to place for us. It has a diverse menu that caters to many tastes. We like sitting at tables, but if they are really busy and we go without reservations, the bar is comfortable and the cocktails are good. They give service with a smile. Their regular menu is good and their specials are great also. Last time there I had some awesome Lasagna. The portion size allowed me to have it for lunch the next day. The sauce and pasta were a great match. The Caesar salad was enough for two and the bread with olive oil and spices kept us busy while waiting for our entrees. The lava cake finished the meal just right.Flour is vibrant and a good place to celebrate.Tables not to close together, and walkways wide enough if to get around easily. If you like valet service they have it. During warmer months they have outside seating. We think if you go once, you will go back. We have many time.

We usually have a wonderful lunch at Flour. Not today. The salmon sandwich did not come out the way we ordered it, and the fries with it were cold. The waitress disappeared. She finally came over and had the kitchen fix our order and refill our coffee. We were at Flour for dinner one week ago snd had a delicious dinner, so our experience today was not up to their regular high standards..

Pretty amazing, gets quite packed tho and they’re not super accommodating for last minute changes so be prepared! It’s so good you need to call in early and make sure you’re on time. Out waitress seemed pretty stretched thin but the experience was still great and she was amazing.

The food was great but there was a blond bar tender talking very loudly and badly about how we were trying to tip with cash instead of card.

Flour was wonderful. Food was delicious, Bill took excellent care of us. And halfsies on wine means you can upgrade! But, the music, ugh. Stuck in the 70's. Cmon, Flour you can do better! How about a playlist that reflects the vibe of your restaurant? Cool, energetic, sophisticated, hip.

Had a delightful dinner once again. We had a reservation, but our table was near the door, so to avoid the draft we sat up at the bar and enjoyed our calamari, house salad and lamb rigatoni. We split all of these items as we also had some warm bread and a bottle of wine that was reasonably priced compared to numerous bottles on the list. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was rich without being overwhelming to the pasta. Salad was simple but delicious as was the non greasy calamari. All in a moderately priced meal with a great vibe. it is no wonder this place continues to thrive after years of happy patrons due to its consistency and solid staff.

It has been a great experience every time I visit Flour. This last time was no exception. The food was on-point, and our server, Pete, was on top of his game.

The food is consistently very very good. The chef does a great job. They're very accommodating. The service is always excellent. The value is good not great but the fact that we frequent it often probably means that I feel the value is good enough. It's very cold in there in the winter when the door opens from the outside, it really impacts a lot of the tables it was definitely uncomfortable and like we went. Other than that it's a great place to go. They do a very nice job with the food, the service and the atmosphere, there's a lot of hard surfaces so the noise level is definitely moderate. If it were more quiet, it would be a bit better.

We went to celebrate my son's birthday. I wanted to order dessert or something for him but our server immediately brought the check to us after taking our dinner plates. It felt like she just wanted us out of there. I wasn't expecting a free dessert, we would have paid for it. But after that, I really was disheartened and so we left. I definitely won't be doing any sort of celebrations here anymore.

Flour is truly one of our favorite places to eat. We live about an hour away, so we aren't there weekly. But anytime we're heading to Cleveland for just about any reason, we try to stop at Flour. The drinks are always well crafted, more than adequate wine list, excellent salads, tremendous pizzas, exceptional pasta dishes, and small plates to share of interesting items. We enjoy sitting in the dining areas or the bar area. Two very different atmospheres, both lovely in their own way. No matter where we sit we find the staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Go. Taste. Eat. Drink. Have fun! You won't be sorry for the time you spend it, Flour!

Very nice ambiance, great service, great tasting food. Finally, a place with a nice selection of alcohol (aside from the grey goose. French Vodka Lol)Honestly, we got the in-between menu (limited) due to traveling back home, and still dropped >$80 with tip. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend. We're not locals but were treated like we were. A+

This was our second time at Flour and it was again terrific! Even as busy as it was (we went on a Friday evening), we had no problem having a nice conversation. Service was excellent as was the food. We will definitely go again soon!
