Kayla was very professional and friendly. After completing my inspection for their monthly pest control, she provided exceptional customer service in return by offering a delicious chocolate croissant for the road. Well worth the price and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I got one of the vegan bowls and found it nice and filling. There are 2 vegan bowls and 2 vegan pastries sold at Luna.
The food was flavorful, but crepes were burnt. The staff needs some help with pleasantness, and they were disorganized (they misplaced several orders) also dining area floor and tables were left dirty .

Good pastry and lots of sandwiches and oatmeal too.
Hands down the best baked goods you can find anywhere. Crafted with care and all of the best ingredients available.

Just the usual poor service, I had some workers at the house Tuesday and at 2:15 stopped at Luna to bring a surprise sugar boost. There was a women ordering and chatting to the girl at the register, then a man about 4 ft behind, I assumed waiting for an order and myself standing at the case. Behind the register were 3 employees, as usual having a big conversation and ignoring everything else, after 5 min. of just standing there I turned a walked out, nobody said a word.....The pastry is amazing, the training and customer service is about the worst.

Someone picked up some goodies from this fine establishment. I had a cinnamon roll croissant and a raspberry croissant. They were baked to perfection. There wasn't even a hint of any parts being burnt or overcooked. They were very flaky and just too good to be legal. With every bite, I increasingly gained a French accent. Bon appétit!

I've gone to the original Luna Cafe for years and it's always been great. I happened to be in the area and wanted to try this location. First off I rarely write reviews. I only do so for fantastic or horrible experiences, and this was the latter.
The biggest problems:
- Waited over 37 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos
- Both were incredibly saltly and bland of any other flavor
- There was a hair cooked into my eggs
- Lacking alot of avocado
- took a long time for them to refill the creams for coffee
Only redeemable thing was that the atmosphere was great, but I recommend just going to the original. If it's going to be expensive it should be worth it

The food is good, the paninis are fun and the pastries slay. But the vibes are rancid. The staff is polite and nice!! But if you don’t look rich, you will unfortunately get glares from customers. So better to pop in and out.

This was our first time visiting this location. We ordered the iced chai latte, hot vanilla latte, and avocado toast. The prices of the food are somewhat steep for the portions that you receive, but I would say the drink pricing is accurate. The place is cute and has an extensive menu for being a coffee/bakery shop.

I ordered the tuna this week from the Moreland hills location and I got extremely ill from it. I did notice it had a smell to the tuna but I didn’t think anything of it because I have had a pleasant experience in the past.
Overpriced under cooked and less than mediocre service. I paid 20$ for a bacon egg and cheese panini that wasn't even edible. This is my second and final bad experience with this bakery. The first time, my mother and I waited 45 minutes for an order that was never sent to the kitchen, only to wait another 45 minutes after we asked where our meal was. Their resolution was a free muffin. If I wanted a muffin, I would have ordered a muffin. On this trip, I did not bring it to their attention that the bacon was uncooked because I was working and in a hurry. I also lack confidence in their ability to make it right. Fingers crossed, I do not get sick.

The coffee seems to be getting worse. Tastes very watered down.
