I ordered the tuna this week from the Moreland hills location and I got extremely ill from it. I did notice it had a smell to the tuna but I didn’t think anything of it because I have had a pleasant experience in the past.

Overpriced under cooked and less than mediocre service. I paid 20$ for a bacon egg and cheese panini that wasn't even edible. This is my second and final bad experience with this bakery. The first time, my mother and I waited 45 minutes for an order that was never sent to the kitchen, only to wait another 45 minutes after we asked where our meal was. Their resolution was a free muffin. If I wanted a muffin, I would have ordered a muffin. On this trip, I did not bring it to their attention that the bacon was uncooked because I was working and in a hurry. I also lack confidence in their ability to make it right. Fingers crossed, I do not get sick.

The coffee seems to be getting worse. Tastes very watered down.

The cappuccino I got was not worth it. It tasted watered down and burnt.

So looking forward to having a great breakfast but was disappointed. Crepes were cold and doughy. I will say my cappuccino was great.

Great atmosphere calm clean and it seems that a lot of people take their meetings while having breakfast overall great experience - Good selection on the menu. New York-ish with an Ohio flair

Food used to be good but since they scaled up their business some compromises have been made for sure.

Great coffee. Cookies are fantastic as well. Service was prompt and courteous. I stop by everytime I'm near the Moreland Hills location. Even got an assortment to take home and everyone loved them.

If you enjoy overpriced stale yet pretty looking cookies, this is your spot. If you also like coffee that could clear rust off your mothers buick served by young people with horrific attitudes, well then darling you are at the right space. Now if you don't know how to make scrambled eggs at home and prefer to spend what would be the cost of a golden egg laying chicken, come here!
