I decided to give this restaurant another try after hearing it was under new ownership, hoping things had improved. I placed an order through the app for $20 worth of sandwiches, and my wife picked up an additional sandwich while there. Unfortunately, the experience was still disappointing. The sandwiches were poorly made, and mine didn’t include the ingredients I had ordered. When I called the store to address the issue, there was no apology—just a response of ‘I would need to check the receipt.’ Mistakes happen, but this was a waste of money, and I’ve decided not to return.

The restaurant is cleaner than it used to be but the portions are terrible. Ordered a turkey and ham foot long literally had 2 slices of ham and 1 of turkey. Took it back inside and the guy working said the new owner will not allow them to put any more meat on the sandwich than that. We will not be back.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order and the door was locked. I tried to call and nobody answered. My map took took me back past the restaurant and I saw an employee speaking to somebody outside after I made several attempts to gain entry , who I am assuming was a door dash driver. I was paid half the amount for my order because this employee was too lazy to come outside.
The bathrooms, area around drink station, and floors were very dirty.

This location does not live by the "Fresh Is What We Do" Subway motto. There was mold on the "baked fresh daily bread." When I went back within two hours of purchase, I was offered a remake after requesting a refund...who would want to eat another potentially moldy sandwich? The employee never apologized and had an attitude as if I was the one who caused the issue. This calls into question the freshness and quality of all consumable items within the deli case (which you are unable to look into because it is blocked by a giant sheet of metal) and the drink fountain.

I cant believe this place is real haha.. seriously shameless how terrible it’s ran. The first time the food was inedible, and knew i would never want to go back. But today i was in a rush so why not give it another try! Once again inedible food with hard stale bread and wilted veggies. Save your money and eat the grass down the street.

The girl working behind the counter was very sweet, and helpful.However the store itself was a disaster - trash overflowing out of the bins, the soda dispenser was dirty and had trouble dispensing a drink.The tea/ lemonade dispensers were off and sitting there; the lemon was empty, but the container was dirty and moldy, and the what I can only assume was tea was molded and full of black liquid full of floating debris. It had clearing been sitting for days if not a week or so.The fridge to purchase bottles of soda was almost empty and the shelves of chips were almost gone. Felt very ghost town like.Dirty windows and rugs.Not inviting or appetizing whatsoever-

Consistently a terrible Subway experience. Unfortunately the closest store and still have to use it in a pinch. Don’t trust the app, your food won’t be ready when it says it is. It’ll probably take at least twice as long. The store will also be dirty. It’s not even the height of lunch… it shouldn’t be this dirty.

Great friendly staff. I’ve been helped by Tyler lukus and Thomas. They always seem happy and ready to work. Atmosphere three star because often they don’t accept coupons or honor online offers often. The app only accepts orders for this location and Maineville during certain hours. It’s not the employees fault it’s the area manager who makes these decisions and bathrooms could use a cleaning. The sandwiches are always ready and made to liking. Greeted with a smile and good small talk.

While this subway is usually slow because there is only ever one person working, the guy today was fast getting our pretzel and even paid for it when our first card declined even after I was ready to use my other card.
