Great friendly staff. I’ve been helped by Tyler lukus and Thomas. They always seem happy and ready to work. Atmosphere three star because often they don’t accept coupons or honor online offers often. The app only accepts orders for this location and Maineville during certain hours. It’s not the employees fault it’s the area manager who makes these decisions and bathrooms could use a cleaning. While this subway is usually slow because there is only ever one person working, the guy today was fast getting our pretzel and even paid for it when our first card declined even after I was ready to use my other card.
