Consistently bad. Doesn’t matter if I order through the app for pickup or through the window. They seem incapable for following instructions. What’s the point in asking me what I want in a my coffee if you’re going to just put whatever in it anyway? Also, don’t bother ordering donuts because they are always out of what you want, and if you ask what they do have they are extremely rude and tell you to “come inside and find out”.

Taylor and Savanna were very sweet & knowledgeable. This was a great visit considering I came walking in at almost close. Normally get the stank eye whenever you go into a restaurant at close this visit was beyond my expectations. I appreciate the girls and the time that they took as I am not coffee drinker but decided I wanted some. They took their time and helped me come up with a great drink I will be returning. If you girl see this thank you so much

I’m eating a 2 because after the times of opening to 8am it sucks actually whoever makes my drinks around 5-6am makes it right it’s always a 10/10 afternoon sucks never made right and after 8:00am nothing is made right I got a coffee every morning for about a couple weeks straight before work it was perfect but man these last 2 I’ve gotten 1 yesterday in the afternoon and today after 9:00am it’s actually really bad and tastes nothing like the early morning ladies make it

I just ant to take a moment to shout out the staff at the Mount Gilead location. No matter how busy they are they are always happy and pleasant! Today I had car troubles in the drive thru and two workers came out and asked if they could help me. When I got it started and pulled up to the window they made sure that I was good and even gave me some free donuts! The staff is amazing!
Worst dunkin I've ever been too they forget half of your order and get the other half completely wrong worst experience I've ever had i wish I could give a lower rating and all the employees just ignore you when you walk in to fix your order when they clearly see you very disappointed with the whole place today and as a company what a disgrace

As a daily customer almost since opening The consistency of coffee quality here has dropped off the face of the earth you could go in for a 830am almost $3 coffee & by the time you leave and take that first sip you know it's more than a hour or 2 old, simply put if you can't make a fresh cup of black coffee what are we doing here lol
