As a daily customer almost since opening
The consistency of coffee quality here has dropped off the face of the earth you could go in for a 830am almost $3 coffee & by the time you leave and take that first sip you know it's more than a hour or 2 old, simply put if you can't make a fresh cup of black coffee what are we doing here lol

They are the rudest people here. had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. called to see how much longer, just for them to throw it to me through the window with a "thanks for being patient" This was at 7:42 in the morning

Good items and drive thru times are good, but unfortunately most times I've come that way they rush you and have no courtesy.

I always enjoyed going to Dunkin Donuts growing up and was happy to hear that a Dunkin was going to be built in Mount Gilead. However, my last 3 experiences at this location left a lot to be desired. The first incident occurred several months ago when I put in an order on the app and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes to give them a little extra time but when I went in to pick it up they said they didn't have my order. The worker walked over to where they have the online/app orders and said "oh, there it is" and I had to wait again for them to put together the order. The second incident occurred about a month later when I decided to give the app ordering another chance and this time when I arrived, some items were ready, but they were not what I ordered. Again, I had to wait while they put together the correct items. The third incident was today. I decided to try ordering at the drive-through since I no longer trusted the app at this location and when I pulled up to order a couple Christmastime specialty lattes, they said their machine was down and they could only make cold drinks. Then I asked for a sandwich and they said they couldn't make any sandwiches today and all they had was donuts. Unfortunately, won't be returning to this location unless things change. Hopefully corporate will take a look at this review and other negative reviews of this location and do something. No sense having a Dunkin here if they can't get simple things done right. Just disappointed.
I went to that store for 2 years and stopped going for almost a year because of rude service I won't be back services horrible. And the little girls that work there are nasty and rude.

My peppermint hot chocolate was watered down and had no taste didn't drink it, ended up wasting my money. Sandwiches had a strange smell that made the sandwich taste odd. I bought a mug, 4 donuts, two drinks and 3 sandwiches. They bagged the sandwiches and I had to juggle the rest because they didn't bag my other items. Worst place ever.

Today was NOT my day. I was late for court, had car problems, and everything seemed to be going wrong. But then, a sweet voice over the intercom made me smile with her quirky personality. Her name was ?????, and she’s one of the last of a rare breed: true customer service excellence. The higher-ups better keep an eye on her and keep her happy, because sooner or later counteroffers will be made for someone as good as her. She's a genuine asset.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but the customer service here is an experience to make you never come back. Not only was my drink not filled all the way and was denied and told i would Have to be charged to add more milk to my not even full iced latte(which includes milk) and was charged for a missing donut that i did Not receive. I’ve never had an employee want to argue with me over a splash of milk is insane. When there were other drinks of the same size in plain sight that were properly filled. I really feel sorry for this place, customer satisfaction should be a PRIORITY!

they never make your drink properly, doesn’t matter if your order online or in person. like seriously how the hell do you manage to make a hot chocolate instead of a coffee, if they stopped hiring drug addicts the place would be ran a lot better.

Over and over again I order decaffeinated coffee, and they repeatedly give me regular. I have probably only received the correct coffee order a handful of times since it opened. I’m just fed up with it.
Unfortunately, I’m going to have to ban this Dunkin’ Donuts because Caffeine makes me ill. It gives me a flattery heart, my whole body is shaky and I can’t fall asleep until 3 AM, even after taking a sleeping aid.
They’re lucky they don’t have a lawsuit on their hands. Dietary restrictions, are dietary restrictions, period. This goes beyond poor customer service; this is a health risk for people.

Like so many places, Dunkin has dropped the ball! Went to get something for my wife and I in the drive through and they were out of almost everything we wanted. We did order two bagel sandwiches with egg and cheese, one with maple bacon one with regular bacon. They both had maple bacon. The bagels were really hard and I ordered a coffee it was lukewarm. Swing and a miss. I know, a lot sports analogies.

The rudest people work here. They messed up a simple bagel order and then are rude when you point it out. First they forget the cream cheese then they put a pound of cream cheese on it to be spiteful be sure they got asked to fix it.

Lady making the drinks didn’t make anything correctly, I ordered my drinks with EXTRA caramel & it tasted like there was no caramel in them. When I said something about it she was very rude & huffing & puffing about it.
