Taylor and Savanna were very sweet & knowledgeable. This was a great visit considering I came walking in at almost close. Normally get the stank eye whenever you go into a restaurant at close this visit was beyond my expectations. I appreciate the girls and the time that they took as I am not coffee drinker but decided I wanted some. They took their time and helped me come up with a great drink I will be returning. I’m eating a 2 because after the times of opening to 8am it sucks actually whoever makes my drinks around 5-6am makes it right it’s always a 10/10 afternoon sucks never made right and after 8:00am nothing is made right I got a coffee every morning for about a couple weeks straight before work it was perfect but man these last 2 I’ve gotten 1 yesterday in the afternoon and today after 9:00am it’s actually really bad and tastes nothing like the early morning ladies make it

I just ant to take a moment to shout out the staff at the Mount Gilead location. No matter how busy they are they are always happy and pleasant! Today I had car troubles in the drive thru and two workers came out and asked if they could help me. When I got it started and pulled up to the window they made sure that I was good and even gave me some free donuts! The staff is amazing!

Worst dunkin I've ever been too they forget half of your order and get the other half completely wrong worst experience I've ever had i wish I could give a lower rating and all the employees just ignore you when you walk in to fix your order when they clearly see you very disappointed with the whole place today and as a company what a disgrace

As a daily customer almost since opening The consistency of coffee quality here has dropped off the face of the earth you could go in for a 830am almost $3 coffee & by the time you leave and take that first sip you know it's more than a hour or 2 old, simply put if you can't make a fresh cup of black coffee what are we doing here lol
They are the rudest people here. had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. called to see how much longer, just for them to throw it to me through the window with a "thanks for being patient" This was at 7:42 in the morning

I always enjoyed going to Dunkin Donuts growing up and was happy to hear that a Dunkin was going to be built in Mount Gilead. However, my last 3 experiences at this location left a lot to be desired. The first incident occurred several months ago when I put in an order on the app and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes to give them a little extra time but when I went in to pick it up they said they didn't have my order. The worker walked over to where they have the online/app orders and said "oh, there it is" and I had to wait again for them to put together the order. The second incident occurred about a month later when I decided to give the app ordering another chance and this time when I arrived, some items were ready, but they were not what I ordered. Again, I had to wait while they put together the correct items. The third incident was today. I decided to try ordering at the drive-through since I no longer trusted the app at this location and when I pulled up to order a couple Christmastime specialty lattes, they said their machine was down and they could only make cold drinks. Then I asked for a sandwich and they said they couldn't make any sandwiches today and all they had was donuts. Unfortunately, won't be returning to this location unless things change. Hopefully corporate will take a look at this review and other negative reviews of this location and do something. No sense having a Dunkin here if they can't get simple things done right. Just disappointed.

I went to that store for 2 years and stopped going for almost a year because of rude service I won't be back services horrible. And the little girls that work there are nasty and rude.
