Wanted to try the ice cream after seeing the reviews. Huge mistake. I ordered a banana split, the ice cream was completely melted. We actually used a straw to eat it. My husband had the vanilla malt. It too was made with melted ice cream, and was warm. My son had just a scoop of vanilla on a cone, it was fine.They never should have served the banana split or the malt they obviously just didn't care.

Fun place to grab a quick bite. Ice cream is good. Minus one star for the teenager who took my order, but couldn't answer a single question about the menu. I would recommend.

Haven't had a chance to try the food yet but the ice cream was good, the staff was very friendly and it's much cleaner since the previous operators. I did however step on a live cockroach on our way out the door so couldn't give it four stars for that alone. I do believe however that once the owners undo all the baggage from the previous operators that this place will be 4-5 star again!

Customer service from the cashier was TERRIBLE! She seemed irritated that we were even there, even though there were no other customers in line. She was extremely rude in her tone every time she spoke.The girl making our orders was very sweet and kind.

this place is honestly the worst establishment for ice cream I have ever ate. this place is run by complete f****** morons. I ordered two milkshakes to Sundays at chocolate cone in a bowl and got a peanut butter milkshake which is supposed to be chocolate peanut butter a black raspberry milkshake which is a red raspberry milkshake a soupy chocolate fudge sundae a chocolate ice cream that was not in a cone and all they did was poked the cone on top of it so the only order that actually got correct was my strawberry ice cream. I will never be going back here again

Took my grand daughter there today. Went in and a girl said she would be right with us. Waited 3 or 4 minutes and another customer came in. The same girl says to her can I take your order. Another girl at a table said these two were here first. The girl never blinked an eye. Took the other lady's order. When she finally got to us we ordered two ice cream cones. She made one then started doing something else. After about two minutes she told some guy she needed one more ice cream cone. They did not even give us any napkins on an 85 degree day. Only reason I am giving it two stars is the ice cream was good. Service was terrible and they were not even busy.
