Our towns store is not that good, they make a lot of mistakes

Going way downhill! Went thru drive thru and had to go inside twice. Once the sprite was no syrup and second my 2 meals had no cheese.

The employees looked bored and weren't very friendly, but the restaurant was so dirty. There was liquid all over the floor by the fountain drink area. I asked for them to clean up. The employees were talking about someone giving her a stink eye, what?? We don't want to hear about all that!!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Waited at least 10 minutes for a simple drink and received around half of my fries, with none in the bag. RIDICULOUS!

Extremely poor service. Items in self service kiosk were empty (Ketchup dispenser, condiment cups, drink lids) and no employees seemed to care. Did self order kiosk, no table numbers at kiosk. Employee standing doing nothing but told me I needed to put the stack of number tents on the kiosk. Ordered for here and came in a bag to the table, no tray. Drink cups were not provided and sweet tea had to be dispensed behind the counter and had to be asked for twice. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing while people were waiting for their food.

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible I don’t recommend stopping at this fast food place if you want food they are terrible with getting orders right and the service is disrespectful as well as MANAGEMENT when a customer isn’t happy you do what you can to make it right and be respectful not make it worse and be disrespectful!! I sat in line for 40 min waiting on my order they claimed they were short staffed I work in a profession dealing with customers and being short staffed and having a disrespectful window worker and manager there should be no excuse to being hateful with customers! You do what you can to satisfy them and get them on there way quickly! When someone asks if they can have straws to there drink after you already gave there drinks to them you don’t disrespect them you give it to them not make them wait considering the customer is paying for it ! Not to mention tell the customer to pull up to have to wait even longer for their food! Fast food is going down hill these days and so is MANAGEMENT!

Took 20 min just to get someone to take my order and there was people standing around doing nothing even looked at me and still didn’t help me. Then took an other 15 min just to get my food. I do not recommend this McDonald’s it is horrible and takes forever

As a fast food worker this location is apalling and gives other fast food workers a bad name. Their drinks are never changed out, and I've asked them to change the drinks out before and they say they can't!? the nasty breakfast burritos are wrapped in a square with no filling and they can never get your order right. As the owner of this store I would not be able to face each day knowing I hire only people with NO internal honesty or integrity. Says a lot about the owners!
