Ordered a Big Mac through the drive thru. Got home and it was perfect except........no patties. 🤦♂️. When mentioned to the manager the next time I was there, she blamed me for not calling in to tell them. They really need to be better at supervising thier employees with intellectual disabilities. I wasn't even asking for a replacement for the food. Just notified them that it happened.

This place sucks, I work at a McDonald’s and I have NEVER seen anybody miss a curb side until I came to this McDonald’s, it has happened multiple times.

I came in today to get some food and was really surprised by how rude one of your workers, Tabby, was. She was yelling at the other staff and being really disrespectful,not just to them, but to customers too. One of the girls looked like she was about to cry.
I’m a manager myself, and if one of my employees acted like that, they’d be let go immediately. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly made the whole experience pretty unpleasant.

They cannot get an order right. Whether in the drive thru or inside. When brought to their attention they don't care.
