Order was wrong twice. The first time, missing a whole pizza. The lady looked around the car like we were hiding it. Then got home to realize that the correction was made wrong. The wings were undercooked and dry. Somehow the pizzas were dry in flavorless as well. Go to the one in Sunbury, it's great every time. Even if it you have to drive a little farther. The money you're spending will least be worth it.

Placed order online order to be ready 4:02. Arrived 4:05, said a few minutes, pull into space we’ll bring it out. Waited outside until 4:25, went inside, order was sitting on counter for 15 minutes. Noone around. Lousy service!!!

So I am 7.6 miles from this pizza hut.5 to 8 minutes drive but they don't deliver to me. I asked how many miles they delver away and was told well it depends. Depends on what!?! If there is a set mileage for standard of delivery then that should go for anyone who is within that mileage. NOT where they choose is convenient to their crew. They said it goes on a circumference. So you go further one direction then the other? Make that make since. Not getting my money if you can't deliver to me as you do others within the same distance. Will order elsewhere.

This location in Mt Gilead is absolutely garbage. They are rude and inconsiderate of their customers, food being delivered an HOUR later than they said, so it comes freezing cold, and when it brought to the attention of the “general manager” Barbara- she basically says “oops sowwy! Thanks for telling us!” And then will proceed to ignore you going forward. How childish.
we ordered regularly from this location, and always spent a good bit of money- but seriously- I’d rather order from dominos. Or pay TWICE the amount to order from Pizzaburg. At least those places actually take the orders themselves and don’t rely on a call center, and then use their OWN delivery drivers (Pizza Hut uses doordashers who are THE WORST).
Pizza Hut is trash anymore don’t waste your money.

Waited over an hour while the delivery driver came and went 3 times. No service for refills and never checked on us once. 65 minutes ready to leave. Will not come back here. There are too many places to eat with better service

The slowest establishment. I ordered $70 worth of items and they took almost an hour to bring my food to me in the carry out spot. Never said a word to me about how long it would take either. I watched as every car that pulled in before, and after me got their food. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.

The nostalgia of the dining area is absolutely amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. They offer a lunch buffet during the week, which I cannot wait to go back for, and on Wednesday evenings they have a dinner buffet. Everything is original Pizza Hut decor we all grew to love and appreciate with the Gingham tablecloths, the red plastic tumblers and the awesome red and white lights. The staff was amazing, fast and friendly throughout our visit!

What fun! I felt like I was time traveling bringing my son to experience Pizza Hut like I when grew up. The food was remarkably fresh and delicious! We ordered a salad, naked boneless wings with sauces on the side and a pepperoni lovers pan pizza. The all white meat chicken was impressive, fresh, generous portion and crispy. The salad was fresh as can be, and the pizza just as great as I remembered. Our server was thoughtful and prompt. I couldn’t believe there weren’t more people inside, but it was kinda late on a Sunday night, and the delivery was busy. Only 45 minutes north of Columbus, we’ll make the drive to return.
Terrible!! Ordered and they said 30 min for carryout. Ok it's a Friday that makes sense. An hour and 15 min later still no food. We left. Not worth the wait. They were pulling stuff from the oven and stacking it in each other. They weren't understaffed because there were 8 ppl working. How ??!! Just how

Ordered pizza took 1hr tried calling kept getting put on hold Brandon was one name that was given and same guy put me on hold and kept giving me different names when you ask for the manager they hang up went to the store while on the phone and as they hung up they were high fiving and laughing about it

Last Night I ordered from here and I was kind of nervous about me not getting the stuff considering i ordered about 8:15 p.m. and they close at 9 p.m. Although, they came through with my order and delivered it at about 9:15 p.m. I would just like to say thank you for your dedication because I know dominoes does not do that.
