Best breakfast and coffee/tea in the area! Such a cute and quiet little spot for grabbing breakfast. The service was great and everything was so delicious.

This hidden gem coffee shop is well worth the stop. The barista was skilled at her craft thus the coffee was excellent. The baked goods were delicious. The shop has poise and charm, I felt like I was sitting at the owners kitchen table. I recommend this establishment. Thanks for the great service.

Love the new menu items, murals and desserts! The coffee has always been a favorite of mine as well. Recently had the caprese sandwich modified to remove the dairy and added grilled chicken with a balsamic glaze and I highly recommend it!!

Such a cute little coffee shop! I hope the owner continues to fill it with local goodies, interesting books, and Knick knacks & warm charm. I can imagine this as a cozy place to do some computer work & sip in the corner. The staff was friendly & helpful. I had an iced coffee & a pumpkin bar/muffin. So rich & flavorful! I only wish they were open earlier or later so I could visit before or after work at the office.

Awesome experience today! Just found out it is new ownership. I love so far what she has done to the place! I've been seeing on social media all the yummy food that has been posted. She went on to tell me that she loves baking and cooking. They will have New York style bagels where they go as far as boiling the dough. I cannot wait to come back and try everything! The coffee today was delicious. I thought about getting my daughter a smoothie and when I asked the sizes I changed my mind and told her my daughter wasn't even two yet, she offered to make her a small smoothie! Such a kind gesture! My daughter loves it also, so that makes my mom heart happy. I hope this company thrives! I'm eager to see all she does with her time there. It's also a breath of fresh air going into a small business and seeing the owner so hands on and compassionate about the business!

My husband and I love walking to get coffee and breakfast or a sweet treat on Saturday mornings. If you ask what’s on special and order that, you can’t go wrong. My husband is still dreaming about the chorizo biscuits and gravy skillet. The pumpkin muffins, cheeseburger soup, and Reuben hand pie are all on the must try list if you’re lucky enough to be there when they are on special. Their coffee drinks are great too. Sames and Cook is cozy and inviting. The building is charming with its exposed brick, big windows, and old wooden bar. It’s full of old character combined with the dreamy new flower murals. The employees are friendly and take the effort to get to know people while they are serving good food and coffee. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Went there for breakfast we stood at the door waiting to be seated we had to figure out we had seat ourselves when the waitress finally come to take our order from a menu that was very limited when we ask questions she was very short but we went on and ordered our food finally got the food at least 45 minutes later if not longer the food was awful never had biscuits and gravy like that They put the biscuit in a panning press it was so hard you couldn't break it let alone eat it and never seen or tasted gravy like that and the waitress just stood up Conversating with her friends never been there before and never will again

Hands down the worst service I have ever received anywhere the food was nasty i couldn't even eat it the server was so busy entertaining her friends and leaning on the counter to busy to check on her customers I guess won't be going back the worst part is she didn't even offer to comp the meal and she seen that I didn't eat it never ever again
